All games do not work
Update: the game actually works. The reason it was glitching was because it was plugged in. The game does not work well while it’s charging. It glitches when it’s charging but it works fine when it’s not plugged in. So I changed my rating to a 4. I didn’t give it a full 5 because1. It feels cheap2. The buttons don’t work that well with Pac-Man And Tetris.3. Some of the games on the list are the same. So it’s not really 500 games. It’s the same exact game with a different “skin”4. The volume only has 3 modesSometimes the button doesn’t go the way you told it to go—————————Im so mad because I really liked this device. I like the size and shape. Its very comfortable to hold. I had a good time playing Super Mario Bros 3. That worked just fine. But when I tried to play other games they did not work. I tried playing Tetris2. It didnt work. It has a glitch that makes it pause every time you press any button. You cant play a game if it keeps pausing. Then I tried to play the Bomb Man game. As soon as the game comes on the man is frozen in spot and a bomb is already there and detinates causing him to blow as soon as the game starts, so you lose a life off top. Then when you try to play the game sometimes it works and sometimes it freezes causing a bomb to hit him. Im so mad because I was excited to play this game. But what good is it if the games dont work. Especially the ones i actually wanted to play.if the games i didnt care about didnt work i might have kept it. But tetris was one of the main games i wanted to play. Definitely sending it back

Fun Fairly Inexpensive Handheld Retro Game System
Our daughter loves video games and had saved up to purchase a portable system. She didn't have enough for a full-fledged system like a Nintendo Switch, so looked at more 'retro' styled systems. After some digging she decided on this game system and was very excited for it to arrive. Out thoughts below:***Pros***** Solid display which is very easy to see.* Good battery life and easy to charge with a standard micro-USB cable (cable included, but not power brick).* Works surprisingly well on a TV using the included RCA connection cable.* Wide variety of game types including sports, side scrollers, combat and more.* Very compact - can fit in a pants pocket. Close to the size of a dollar bill.***Cons**** Some of the games listed are repeats - not actually 500 games though still a lot of games.* The system 'feels' like the plastic is thin but there has been no issues with it holding up to a lot of gameplay.***Observations**** The Games are not in alphabetical order so you have to cycle around a bit. Once you have gone through the list a few times this is not as much of an issue as you get used to where the games are, but was a bit odd.* Changing the language option only changes menu and not inside the games with some games having Chinese text.* Though some games offer two person gameplay, you can only play one person and there is no option to add a second controller. Two player would be fun when the system is connected to the TV, but not realistic on the on-board screen.* No USB brick is included, which is fairly common with devices nowadays.* Many TVs/monitors don't have circular RCA connections so you will to check if you have this option and/or purchase an adapter if playing this on TV is important.* There are a handful of name games, but most are knock-off style games similar to their name counterparts though.* If you want to use this on a TV you will likely need to purchase cables to extend the length as the included cable is fairly short (about 30" total).* Game status doesn't save. This was common on older NES and arcade style games so just something to be aware of.Overall this has been a great system, especially at the fairly low price point. If you purchase this with the right expectations then you should find it a good value and a lot of fun.

So far so good
Kind of lite build but so far all the buttons etc are still working after a weeks worth of play.Negative is you have to scroll with individual keypresses to list and select the 500 storied games.I say about 50 games are duplicates so there are really only 430-450 different games. For the money it seems to be worth the $

Totally fun with tons of the NES classics
Total blast from the past. This has been great to share with the kids my childhood games. This is compact, holds a good charge, has lots of the classics and a good quality screen. My only grip is it doesn’t have a battery meter. The only warning you get when the battery is low is the screen begins to fade fast. Not much warning to even finish that game. I knocked a star off for that.

Fun
It's a fun handheld. My kids love having so many old school games on one device. The battery life isn't very good though. Only lasts about 2 hours with a full charge, but we only allow an hour at a time anyway, so it's doable. The only issue I have is some of the game names have been altered. I'm assuming for copyright reasons. The old "Super Mario Bros" has been changed to "Super Bear Bros", but the games are still the same.
