Great patches for keeping the cgm securely to the arm or even as a cover for an insulin pump cannula.

Use your own judgement but I will certainly never buy these again they were a complete and total nightmare. That they were impossible to apply would be an exaggeration because that would mean that they could never possibly work but I managed to get one to some point of functionality after the 11th or 12th attempt and as you can see it wasn't a perfect application. It's wrinkled and I dared not attempt to try and get the final 2 wings of backing paper off. Previous attempts proved that static cling really mucked the job up. They can stay there they can fall off in their own time, I don't care. I'll bet it'll be agony to remove as well. The only solice here is that I've now got two weeks to get something that does work sorted out before I go back to my usual method of just applying elasticated bandage over that to keep it secure.

Not great at all, hard to even begin to do by yourself as you need to pull parts off in certain order and really only have one hand to apply. Instructions not clear, wasted 4 on first attempt which then rolled up overnight and ended up ripping sensor out as it got stuck to clothing

I was going to give these 2* because the patch was stiff and didn’t stick around the edges, but then I realised that I should have looked at the instructions! Turns out that these have protective layers on both sides. The paper layer is like a plaster, and you can position the patch whilst being able to see the Libre device. There is a bit of a problem, here, in that you can’t really stick the patch properly to the arm at this point, as the Libre device is several mm thick and the patch is still stiff, although you can at least adhere the patch enough to be able to remove the outer layer (by cracking the purple line, much like removing the protective layer from a bicycle patch). There is a trick to removing the top layer, which is to crack the purple line before applying, and then note where the line finishes on a point (or an acute angle), which is where you will need to catch your nail after application. But it still doesn’t get 5 stars because, although it sticks pretty well for a while, it cannot withstand a bath! You want evidence? Then see the attached photo. I still like these for helping to rescue Libre patches that have started to come unstuck before their allotted time, but the ‘waterproof’ claim is simply inaccurate. In all, you get a strong but soft and highly adhesive transparent membrane that will probably last you a few days. The reality is that Libre devices simply don’t need these membranes, as they are perfectly waterproof (more so than these patches), but these patches are useful for failing dongles.

No good nightmare to put on and get off folds as soon as you get the stickers off the back. Not fit for purpose get the plaster type ones instead they work as I had to get those and throw these away

Easy to apply, and will stop your sensor falling off. Thet film of the patch is quite thin and when applied does not pull the skin like some other patches do. Had one on for a few days and it has stayed in place without peeling away at the edges.NBot sure it would last the whole life of a sensor, but these are as good as any patch I have used.Goofd value for money

These don’t seem to be the ideal fabric to hold in place and stick to the skin. I tried it twice both times they came out off within an hour and one time pulled of the device which is expensive as it still had 12 days of life in it.
