I am so pleased I came across these. I am just beginning my horrendous journey of the menopause and these are so helping with the dreaded hot flushes. Am pleased I found them. Would recommend them. Also helps with my aching bones.

I have been taking them for 2 weeks now and I've calmed down. I don't feel as grumpy any more (my husband and kids say thank you). My night sweats have stopped but most importantly- I don't constantly feel bloated. So nice to have a flat belly again!!!

I was disappointed with the making of these pills! I ordered 3 tubs and found that there was quite a few capsule halves and a lot of powder in the bottom, so I missed out on estimation of a full tub working it out and they aren't cheap.

I've been taking these for a few months and didn't think they were making a difference until I inadvertently ran out. Hot flushes back with avegance, dry skin, night sweats and felt ghastly. Bought them again and I'm feeling much better. They are a bit large and it's 3 a day but worth it

Been using these for over three months now and a I totally notice the difference.Better facial skin… not so dry . Better nail growth and stronger too . I’m on a patch so could not comment on better sleep but I generally feel better with them .

Don't expect quick results. I've been taking this for a few weeks, and there is no difference in how I feel. Hot flushes and not sleeping are just as bad as before, so I guess you have to use the stuff for a few months for it to work.Despite the alleged health risks, I've gone back on HRT ... it's a whole lot cheaper, and it works.
