Great flavor for all kinds of cooking. Had read multiple posts and articles about high polyphenol olive oils being over powering in flavor and we did not find this to be true. We use for all cooking - eggs, stir fry, ground bison, sauteed vegetables, fried cabbage, meat, potatoes, and more. It is used to drizzle over fish or veggies before wrapping in foil to oven bake. I would not hesitate to use in pancake batter or any baking dishes, but have not done so. I have used it with red wine vinegar on salads for home made oil and vinegar dressing. No drips if you pour then upright the bottle quickly.

This is the best extra virgin olive oil I've tried so farIt's a good middle ground option that delivers basically top-shelf EEVOBut at half the price of the truly top-tier bottleswish this bottle were white and the level below was black, really not a big dealBut the white bottle would look more chic, but yeah,If you want a really rich flavor and high polyphenol at a great price, this is itedit: the last two bottles came very well packed and properly labeled as fragileThe 1st two bottles did not, so I'm glad to see this changeBut that said, the1st two bottles did arrive safely regardless

This is some tasty olive oil feels like I'm in Greece. I would recommend for fresh dishes to get the most out of the taste.

I love this olive oil, but I don't always recieve my order. They refund me, but it's very frustrating because I use it every day.If I can't recieve it, I'll have to look for a different seller.

I too like a few others only have experience with the EVOO's in the grocery store so the word robust didn't sink in till I tried a spoonful, yikes! I love olive oil for dipping and I guess this is better suited for cooking or a salad dressing mix. It left like a grassy after taste. The look on my husband's face was like this taste awful so I hope it's not rancid and it's just us. Next time I'll look for a milder tasting flavor we are apparently accustomed to like the dipping oil at Carrabba's that I could easily drink. Hoping this company will chime in to let me know which flavor would suit me better.

This olive oil is an excellent source of phenolic compounds and this is a quality product! The flavor is delicious and enhances every dish I use it in! I am on my 3rd bottle in 2 months! I won't use anything else! Highly recommended!

Love the pungency, bitterness, slight fruity nuance. I’ve been sipping higher grade extra virgin olive oil (1-2 tablespoons) every morning for the past year or so. This has become an instant favorite. (1 tablespoon recommended b/c of high polyphenol content)
