I bought this item for Halloween to create a spooky fire look. It worked well and looked amazing. I really loved it. It suddenly stopped working a few days ago. Such a disappointment because I loved the look of this diffuser.

I’ve had this product for a 3 months, it was working fine. A few weeks ago it started leaking water, I would just clean it up and use it again. I only use it about 2 or 3 times a week and it doesn’t last very long because if the small amount of water it holds. Today I walked into my room and a lot of smoke id coming out of the humidifier. The charger was burning!!!!! I picked it up and unplugged it and there was water again leaking! Please be careful if you buy this never leave it connected over night!

I love this diffuser!! I want to buy one for every room JUST because it's so cute like a mini "fireplace" (<--NO HEAT THOUGH) that has a rainbow of flame colors.It is Beautiful, Lasts hours, and provides a long-lasting smell that disperses!!!I use the Santal essential oil. Honolulu is good too, nice clean smell. I personally just love Santal33, so that is my go-to on subscribe and save. :-)

The media could not be loaded.  I loved this diffuser in the beginning, but after several weeks the remote no longer works for options on the remote . Only turns on, would really love to keep it if I could get a remote replacement

I purchased this diffuser in May 2023, used it for a few weeks and then stored it. When I restarted it in October, the diffuser wasn't emitting colored 'flames) and wasn't misting either, so I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. I was happy to review the replacement however it didn't include a wall adapter, only a power cord that plugs into a computer or power bar that contains the computer type of power single insert entry; however I had kept the wall adapter from the former unit and it works just fine now. It's not silent but I find the sound soothing. It does the job while providing a pretty light show. So far so good with this replacement unit. Great customer service.

Effet visuel au top, il diffuse bien et tient assez longtemps avec le réservoir d’eau, cependant il peux être un peux bruyant, qui n’est pas dérangeant. Je recommande !

The product itself is a bit clumsy but that’s what you’d expect from a Chinese one. Either way it looks cool and works well so no worries.

Der Aroma Defuser ist gut verarbeitet und macht einen Schicken Modernen Eindruck.Die Beleuchtung ist Abends sehr hübsch anzusehen wenn der Rauch / Dampf aufsteigt.Das Aroma wird sehr gut wieder gegeben und verteilt sich in der ganzen Wohnung sofern man sich ein vernünftiges kauft.Gesteuert wird das Gerät ausschließlich über die Fernbedienung da das Gerät selber keine Knöpfe besitzt.Es lässt sich ein Timer einstellen von 1 / 3 / 6 Stunden und natürlich unendlich. Je nach Zeit Einstellungen wird das Gerät in einer anderen Farbe beleuchtet.In dem Unendlich Modus kann man sich selber die Farbe Aussuchen wie das Gerät leuchten soll.Das Gerät wird wird außerdem automatisch abgeschaltet sobald das Wasser leer ist.Ich hoffe ich konnte euch mit meiner Rezension etwas weiterhelfen.
