I purchased the item and didn’t get around to using it until well after the return window had closed. The original unit didn’t work and I wrote a poor review about the experience. Who among us is perfect and every now and again you get a lemon. The manufacturer reached out without any obligation and replaced the item free with a working model. Good customer service is a lost art and these folks were fantastic. Thank you- it works great!

I am using this to get ahead on the growing season starting my flower seeds.You would not believe how well it worked for my geranium seeds. Amazing, fast!The unit is cheap plastic, funky everything. However, the timer and pump work great. The lights keep a perfect schedule. The plants are very healthy and super fast growing.I have to admit I'm using miracle grow nutrients dispensed by Aerogarden, because I have a lot of it. However after being skeptical over the quality of materials used to build this unit, it exceeded my expectations. Why pay more than twice the price for a more sturdy unit that produces the same results?I'm more than happy with this product.

I bought this as a foray into hydroponics because I didn't want to build my own right out the gate. It's been on my counter for a few months now and I've started about 20 plants with it (moving them into kratky setups as they get larger).First night after I recieved it I set everything up and planted all 12 pods. The next morning I woke up to all of the water everywhere on my counter, the little water level sight window on the front was leaking. Upon disassembly you could see where glue was clearly missing, a little bit of aquarium glue fixed that right up.The automatic timer works well but drifts a few minutes every day, I normally restart it every Monday to keep it on track with turning on about when I wake up and going off around the same time I go to bed.For the price, it works great! However, if I had to do it again I would probably just build my own setup.

I have had this for a little over a month. Worked GREAT for the first couple weeks and then started having power issues. Now it won't work at all. I have checked it over, taken it apart, everything I can think of to try and fix the issue but nothing... don't buy this one... what a shame =(

Product description states there are "12pcs Containers, 12pcs Sponges, 12pcs Tags, 12pcs Covers, 12pcs support rods." The kit I received had ONLY 11 of each of these items. Since there is no difference between the Metric System & the English System relative to counting, this is simply very poor Quality Control.In addition, the Covers are round while the Containers are square thus making the Covers useless.Most likely, I will not purchase again.ADDITIONAL REVIEW: Within 2 months the pump has completely stopped working irrespective of the settings. There appears to be no way to get a replacement pump so I will either have to improvise another pumping mechanism or throw the junk away.I would definitely no purchase again.

This grow system is amazing, I honest spent a lot of time agonizing over which system I wanted to try as there is SO many options when it comes to hydroponic growing and I am beyond glad I chose this one! It was very affordable, and I’ve grown and started so many things since I’ve set it up! Highly recommend!

The front part leaks around the gauge, but I was able to seal it with sealant you would use in a bathroom to fix the problem. The majority of the seeds (I used a variety) did not grow, and the soil pouches became moldy even with the ones growing plants. The few that are growing are growing well so far. I put in new seeds in the ones that did not grow (because I had nothing to lose by making a second attempt), and some of those grew in the second attempt. The light stays on for at least 18 hours and is very bright on the vegetable setting. I don't know if it's meant to stay on for that long or if it's just another malfunction (the internet indicates that some UV lights for vegetables stay on for 16 to 18 hours, so this may be intentional). The instructions aren't clear and are not designed for a complete novice to hydroponic gardening.Overall, I got it on sale and it was a good buy for my intended purpose. I didn't want to spend too much but wanted to enrich our home-school experience. In general, it's been a lot of fun for the kids and easier than regular gardening. If I was serious about growing food with a hydroponic garden, I would NOT buy this specific system again.

Set up is easy. Grows veggies in no time! My plants look amazing. I had a minor issue with my product and the seller resolved the issue right away. Great customer service. Will be buying more of this product
