The balance trainer works very well. I have worked out on it every day for about a week. If you are thinking of getting this because you want exactly like BOSU I would say don't get this. It's just a bit taller than. Just a bit "too round" at the top of the half ball (BOSU are a bit flatter at the top). Normal BOSU material has LESS give (which most want); this had more bounce than BOSU. The straps are VERY light. My 4 year old was able to easy use the resistance straps. They are not changeable without a specific connector. So if you are looking for an exact BOSU cheaper version, I would skip this.However, if you are not looking to replace your BOSU and want a good balance trainer. Get this for the lower cost. It will work. It actually works pretty great. Easy to blow up. Nice bounce if you need. Good material that doesn't slip. I can use this instead of a step for home work outs. I used it for pilates. I used to lay on for chest press. It's a good equipment for the price point. The resistance bands are TERRIBLE so just don't think you can get a workout from them. They also broke (not a full handle) when I first used. I took them off and threw away after 2 days of trying to make it work.

For the price, this is a good exercise ball, but truly it doesn't compare to the real Bosu Ball. It doesn't stay fully inflated, it's smaller, and it's uncomfortable to use the flat side when barefoot. I wish I'd spent the extra money for the real deal.

Been using it for about a week now. Found that it was easier using my mouth to blow it up. For me, I like using it with my bare feet. It’s very sturdy and you can really get a great workout. I’ve been wanting an exercise ball for years and finally decided to put this in my cart after comparing a few others. My balance is slowly improving & it actually making working out, fun.

I’ve been in PT for back injury for back injury all summer and wanted to maintain strength training and was recommended to get a bosu. Couldn’t believe how much they were and figured that since they were designed for multi use a lesser one would be ok for a single person. I got it and am very pleased with how well it appears to be made. It will be more than sufficient for my needs at a great price.

I bought this as an alternative for a jumping board on a Balanced Body Allegro reformer to mix things up a bit. it fits well and is stable. the straps are somewhat useless because they are too weak, but I have bands already and likely would never use them on a balance ball...would use dumbbells first. all in all it is well made and works well.

I got this product because I was looking for a bosu ball that wasn’t insanely expensive. I wanted a decent size and something that would be versatile. I love this thing! And I love that it’s purple! It meets all my expectations and was a totally reasonable price. Easy to inflate and seems sturdy.

Ball itself is very good quality. Definitely will work for my home gym since it is half the prices of the original Bosu.Didn’t have instructions but easy enough to figure out.The bands are useless. They do clip in well if you turn it and locked them in but they do not have much resistance so I will not use them.

Ball itself is great. Resistance bands are garbage, offer barely any resistance also no locking mechanism so they will come flying out midworkout. (Poor design). Again ball is great.

Overall product is nice, however can not use the resistance bands since the foam handle frames are plastic. So when you pull up bands, this hard molded piece hits & Rubs wrist knucles. (Foam handles comfortable as advertized) There is no way to avoid contact of this hard plastic piece against your wrist. So can't use bands without causing painful indents on the skin and wrist knuckle.. What a shame, because overall product seems solid and sturdy. The pump, parts all assembled well. Holds air.

Exactly what it says it is. Very easy to blow up. Keeps air in. Great addition to my exercise routine. Love the product. Good quality. Easy to add the restraints.

Like the sturdiness of the ball good value for your money what i wanted was more exercises you can do which i got from YouTube this is a new addition to my home gym
