I was a bit nervous to try this and read many reviews but settled in this brand and ratio, 1:3. I am really pleased with it, I use slightly less than normal sugar and the children do not notice the difference. Sugar is poison for their guts and makes them act barmy as well as giving me IBS so this is really a savour. I've used it in flapjacks, overnight oats, protein bars, porridge and cakes so far and it works very well in all. There is only the very slightest artificial sweetner hum in the background which only I seem to notice, but then I was always was very sensitive to this taste, others don't seem bothered by it at all and even I am getting used to it. When using cinnamon or vanilla in a recipe it masks it even more so I would recommend this product. It is also good value and seems to be lasting a surprisingly long time.

Good strength, which offsets the fact that it’s not cheap. No aftertaste as in some other sweeteners

I love this product; it is really sweet, so you need to use less indeed, and it does not have any aftertastes like stevia normally has.

Very good sweetener without the aftertaste pure erythritol has. I'll be buying again.

This is a fairly nice sweetener, it does have a taste to it that is noticeably different to sugar or other sweeteners I have tried before. I quite like it and need to use less of it than I would sugar so make sure you don't use too much. It comes in a large, resealable pouch.

I am really happy, I use a little less sugar than normal and I don't see the difference. It's really an asset if you're on a diet, because you don't feel like you're depriving yourself and you can continue to make your recipes with much fewer calories.also watch out for the, i need to go to the loo effect

I used it to sweeten my coffee for 3 days without an issue, then it gave me terrible diarrhoea!! Be warned!

Ho provato a fare dei dolci sostituendo allo zucchero la stevia, e sono venuti molto dolci, nonostante abbia dimezzato le dosi da quelle consigliate nella ricetta.

During my scandinavian chrismas cooking baking, this 1:3 version of this sweetener has been the best I have tried while trying 5 different alternatives. No doubt. The taste is as close as to what I expect as can be. It is outstanding that the amount in weight is easily calculated from my original family recepies with sugar. This brand is the easiest to deal with. The 1:1 and 1:8 are easy as well, but the 1:3 has the best taste. I am on Keto.
