It's easy to breathe with, but this comes at a price. It doesn't offer enough protection in my opinion for bjj. I took a hit to the jawline and my teeth were rattled for about a week and a half because the mouthguard didn't have enough cushion to help absorb the impact. My teeth are still intact, but i'm going to instead opt for a higher protection mouth guard.This may be okay for a sport where hard contact to the teeth is way less likely, but for wrestling and bjj i'd look elsewhere.

A temperature strip is provided to help you gauge water during the fitting process. You’re told to wait until the temperature is just below the 150 mark...well, I was boiling water and the strip never showed more than 130, which I thought was odd but I followed the directions and melted the mouth guard down. Waste of $20.

I wanted a new mouth guard with a little more breathability and comfort so I got this one. it is not that great. fitting it is hard, if the water is to hot it shrinks, not hot enough it wont form right.once you get it fit it just dose not have very good comfort. it took a lot of adjusting to make ti work alright and just overall was not what I was hoping for hockey.

It does not stay attached to the top teeth as well as the bulkier mouth guards. This mouth guard is very low profile and thin, leaving less material to mold around to teeth, which results a looser fit. I became annoyed with how often it fell off my teeth and threw it away after one use.

Works great, can breath very well and talk pretty easily while on the court. Pretty minimalist which is nice. Feels very high quality. Won't play without it.

I have tried a bunch of generic $5-10 mouth guards, but they always felt too bulky. This one is thinner and lighter. The molding instructions are a little confusing, but seemed to work okay after I heated it twice.

The picture is very misleading. Needed an all clear mouth guard for work and the one I received has the word "shock" written across the front. It also has green on the molars.

Do not buy this product.The moulding process is complex and requires the precision of a brain surgeon and even then... the product is bulky and uncomfortable. Be very careful not to exceed 150 degrees when moulding because it’s absolutly ruined after that. Even if you keep the temperature under 150 degrees as instructed... the plastic is very difficult to moulding and shape. Don’t waste you money.

The instructions weren’t clear and were different to online. The mouth guard wouldn’t mould to the teeth. After numerous attempts following instructions, we put it in boiling water and they buckled. Had to throw them away. Do not recommend

しっかり歯型を付けることが大事みたいですね下に付ける歯型が緩いと上の部分が微妙に口の上に当たって痛かった寝てる時は歯医者で作ったガード、日中はこのガード使用で問題なさそうです
