Night night
Jocko appears in your room at night and tucks you into your bed, then reappears as soon as the clock hits 430 am and whispers “time to get some” ever so lightly into your ear. To say the least if you don’t take this rest and recovery your night terrors will forever continue and you will never get some.

Product really does work!
I was a little skeptical at first ordering this sleep aid as I have tried so many in the past with no effect. I suffer with bouts of bad insomnia and have tried OTC and prescription products. No OTC product ever worked for me and I did not like taking a prescription product due to the fear of dependence. I ordered this product and for the first week I felt nothing and thought it was just another product that wouldn't have any effect. I stayed with it and continued to try. After about the second week it worked and truly worked!! I think you may need to build up a certain amount of this product in your system for the effects to truly work and now I have been sleeping well and about an hour after taking the product, my body becomes tired and I have no problem falling asleep and staying asleep!

Definitely working
I’ve always had sleep issues on and off . I’ve been taking this for the past few nights and have been able to fall asleep normally, but the best thing I’ve noticed is I haven’t woke up in the middle of the night and tossed and turned, I’ve been falling right back asleep quickly, also I feel great when I wake up, not groggy , or tired . I would deff recommend this product

AWESOME FOR WORKING MAN RECOVERY
I work 10 hour shifts in an automotive factory and then go train jiu-jitsu after work 4-6 days a week. This busy schedule causes me to only get 4-6 hours of sleep monday through friday. I started taking hypnos on fridays and saturdays and it has helped tremendously with feeling refreshed and "catching up" on my sleep. I use to sleep 10+ hours on the weekends and still feel about 80% when I wake up. With hypnos I sleep 8 hours and wake up feeling awesome, my muscle soreness is significantly reduced and my joints feel new again. I 100% suggest hypnos if you want help with sleeping deeper and or help with your recovery overall. Great stuff, get you some.

Quicker, deeper sleep.
I’ve followed Jocko for a few years now, read some books, listened to podcasts, follow his IG account. While I value a lot of his input, my schedule does not align with his “up before the enemy” mentality. I take care of two children and two octogenarians. That alone requires a lot of caffeine. I don’t get into our garage gym till at least 10 pm. After cardio or lifting, it’s often past midnight. Rather than sit on the couch wide awake, I’ve given Hypnos a try. I am drinking lots of water when I take them and after a bit I am out. Anecdotally, I’d say they knock me out quicker and send me deeper to sleep. Only drawbacks have been, when I’ve gotten an overnight fire call and I stumbled out of bed and to the firehouse in a daze, and some freaky dreams.... I’d recommend these capsules to assist in getting better sleep, but if you take them at the hour I do, don’t expect to see those times Jocko posts when he’s getting up!
