Excellent for cleaning bullet cases for reloading
I don't have pictures that I can include here but I can say that these work very well. One word of caution. Don't use too many or they can damage the cases by gouging or pryingthe lip. I found that about 2 tablespoons per 40 bullet cases (45-70 caliber) in a tumbler of about a quart size is sufficient. I also used a tablespoon of dish soap and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. I ran the cases in the tumbler for 5 or 6 hours. I did run some for over 8 hours but that was not necessary and there was some evidence (discoloration) of the vinegar bleeding out too much zinc from the brass. Otherwise, the cases came out perfectly cleaned and the primer pockets were also shiny. The needles are magnetic stainless steel so they are tough, durable, rust resistant, and easy to reclaim and dry for later use.I have used the process above to clean about 90 cases so far.

Work Like a Charm for Tumbling Ammo Casings
I reload ammunition, and part of the process is cleaning the spent casings before reloading them. I use these stainless steel pins in a rock tumbler with the cases and they come out looking brand new! I can't recommend them enough.

Clean brass
Wet tumbling with stainless steel pins gets you cases much cleaner than dry media or wet tumbling with detergent alone. The pins even get into the primer pockets saving you from the addition step in case preparation.

Too small of diameter
These are pure stainless but the diameter is just too small with sharp points. Reaching into the tumbler to dig out my parts resulted in a 5 mins session of cussing as I was digging a pin that stabbed into me like a sliver.Next thing I have against these is due to the small size you cannot dump them into a strainer, even the fine metal mesh ones couldn't hold these pins.

Shiny Brass To Impress Your Friends
I gave up on walnut shells. These stainless pins are the way to go. I use a homemade tumbler using a protein powder container and a washer pump motor. The 2.5 lbs is about right in this container with 150 cases, I used1 tbsp lemon juice and a bit of dawn detergent rotating at 60 rpm with the container 3/4 full. After 2 hrs the brass came out looking at least as good as new. Even the inside of cases is clean.See picture of some of the cases from my first try, my machine and a comparison picture. These cases were dirty military range pick ups from 35 years ago. I was stunned at results after only 2 hrs.Like everyone else says, the hard plastic container was broken on arrival.
