Relaxing Nature DVD - Secret Beaches - with Harbour and Ocean Waves

I love that there is no music in this one. There is only the sound of the waves on the shore and some bird sounds. The scenery is lovely! We move smoothly from one beach to another, one scene to another, giving various views of the same scene. The video is relaxing and a feast for the eyes. The segments are about 6 minutes each, so it's easy to choose a favorite and view only that one or whichever is preferred at the time.So why didn't I give 5 stars since I do really like it? Two segments have surfers in the background and some people walking along the beach. Both my husband and I found the humans to be very distracting. The movement, even of farther away surfers catches the eye. You can't help by look. And the people walking along the beach are pretty close up and the eye tends to follow them as they cross the screen. The people could have been, should have been edited out. Otherwise - it's a great purchase and we will watch often.

I was hoping to get one that doesn't loop so it would turn off when it ends and I could sleep in a darker room. Instead it went back to the menu page. Perhaps if I give it more time it will turn off. This is not the fault of the seller at, so no stars off for this. Overall, I really like this DVD, except that occasionally you see people and I find that distracting. Its still a great dvd if you get it at a good price. Beautiful scenery.

Scenes are nice and serene. I just wish they were longer.

Its a nice v8deo, pretty beaches & and beach sounds. No annoying music. I only wish there was a loop feature so I wouldn't ha e to restart it.

I bought this because I always relax when I hear the sound of waves at the beach. I was delighted with the stunning scenes! The sunset in Victoria is beautiful and I loved the scenes with rocky outcrops in the water (see picture). I really felt like I was at each location. As an added bonus I found my son relaxed and played quietly in the lead up to his bedtime. I would highly recommend this DVD. With one of my New Year's resolutions being to spend time meditating each day this DVD will be perfect!!

It has beautiful beaches but was a little disappointed that there was no audio. You would think a dvd would have sound. I will read more carefully next time.

Love this. Had already bought the Super Relaxation DVD by Scenery Station. I put this, or the original one on TV as a visual background. What is clever is there is no soundtrack just the original sound of nature. So I can put on music to accompany the visuals as I see fit, or just meditate / relax to the pure sound of nature. Nice approach. Keep up the good work. Will buy more.
