Lots of variety, super useful journal!
I am so excited for this Clever Fox 90 Day Self Care Journal. Most gratitude/self care journals just have the same page set up with the same questions on repeat for all the pages, and it gets so boring and I usually just give up on them. This repetition may work for some, but for me, I need variety to keep me engaged. This guided journal offers new prompts and questions daily, for the full 90 days!There are pages to create your life balance pie chart, so you can learn what aspects of your life are bringing you joy, or the parts that are stressful or nonexistent, so you can work to identify ways to improve that slice of your life.There are goal setting pages, weekly review and reflection sections, areas for setting intentions and how you are going to attain them... Basically everything!And to top it all off the journal itself is beautiful, sturdy, and comes with stickers to put on your vision board and to use throughout the journal.This will be a great tool for your own personal growth, or if you're working in a clinical setting, to aid in a hands on approach to client education as well.

Helps me with my anxiety
I like the journal alot. It gives me the opportunity to express what I'm feeling, keep track of my sleep and other habits. Mood tracking. It gives prompts every day to get you thinking. It has a spot for the schedule for the day, a todo list, daily affirmation. Self care for the day, goal for the day. Weekly review. It gives you time to slow down and get some of that anxiety and feelings out in a healthy manner. Once it's filled I will be buying again.

This Planner is the Epitome of Self Care for ME! Great Purchase!
I am an avid user of the Panda Planner (Achievers 13 week Planner) This....this tops even that! I didn't think they were capable of making something better than the Achievers Planner but they did! The color I chose is purple and it looks so elegant. The way it's set up tells me so much thought was put into, not only mental health, but to self expression. The ability to visualize the things going on in our busy lives on paper. This is a well thought, well put together, cathartic, and beautiful book to have.

This was recommended by my therapist. The quality is good and I brought the color purple book, my favorite color which didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend it to others.

I love this ! Very thorough

I like how they include a little pamphlet to show you how to use each page since this type of concept of journaling can be quite confusing since there’s a lot going on with so many pages , but the pamphlet makes it easier to navigate through it making it user friendly in its own way. It comes with 3 thin ribbons attach on the top side which I’m assuming it’s meant to book mark where we leave off in the journal. It also comes with many self care ideas in the beginning of the pages which is super useful. It’s a bit heavy due to the many pages it comes with and it comes with cute stickers!

Truly Inspiring
Before using this journal I lacked discipline and was disappointed in myself. I have been using this journal since January first and have honestly found myself progressively becoming more disciplined with my diet and exercise routines and overall happier mentally and emotionally. At the end of the day I reflect more on the joyous and positive aspects of my life, smile more and am happier in general. I highly recommend this journal

Love it
Bought this for myself to help with stress management. Love the different pages and prompting questions. Keeps my thoughts organized and is actually fun to write in. Good quality item . Would definitely purchase again.

I love the questions!
I love that this journal has different questions to fill in every day/week for self reflection as well as the regular 'how are you feeling today?' question! I found it helpful in caring for my mental health!

Absolutely love it
Lovely quality paper, helps me keep focus on self care and what is important for me. I don't fill it every day and have periods of not writing it, but because it doesn't have dates on pages it's easy to come back to whenever I'm ready. I customise it a bit according to my moods, e.g. change headers and questions on odd days, I use it in a relaxed, flexible way. I find that so far I haven't had the time to fill in the pages in the beginning, the weekly summaries, or other summaries, I only use the day pages. All and all though, I love it! And the cover is pretty too, I don't get bored of it.

Il est très beau, très riche. Il y a de la place pour écrire, les sujets sont pertinents. Ça me motive d'avoir un carnet comme celui ci. Il est prévu pour un suivi de 4 mois ce que je trouve très bien.
