I love this lasagna pan. You can get four layers in there using a whole box of lasagna, for example Barilla with 20 sheets. You’ll need to make sure you have enough stuff. 30 ounces of ricotta 2+ pounds of meat 2 pounds of mozzarella and Parmesan/ Romano. You’ll need 2 quarts of sauce including the meat in the sauce. You should know that this thing will be very heavy by the time you’re done and will take a long time when you finally put it in the oven. I made mine the night before and put it in the fridge and did not allow enough time for it to cook through but I stalled and the guests never knew. If it’s cold from the fridge it will take an hour and a half to heat up otherwise leave a good hour and take the top off for the last 20 minutes or so I put it in at 375. UPDATE: I have to add (1/1/23) that I paid $67 without tax for this in Oct, 2021. I noticed the price is now $239!!!!. I cannot honestly say I would pay anything near that. Similar ones do not seem to have gone sky high in price like this one.

I bought the pan in Oct 21. I used this pan about once or twice a month for the past 6 months. 400 degrees Fahrenheit was the highest temperature I cooked at. After I last used the pan, I discovered a large crack in the bottom of the pan. The crack was large enough that small amounts of what I was cooking was able to seep through. Also, to echo a previous reviewer, the lid does not fit snuggly.

Very nice, good quality. Quite spendy though for a casserole crock.

I wish the handle and lid were one piece, instead of a metal handle screwed into ceramic. The handle can start unscrewing if you’re a little too reckless.I chose this over two other options for it’s functionality. It has more volume, and a better fitting/sealing lid.I’ve only found one notable blemish on this dish, and it seems harmless.

This comes very well packaged. The product is solid and very well constructed. Well suited to go from oven to table, not sure if the correct term would be attractive. Appears to be built to last for for many meals in future years.

The red was beautiful however the lid did not fit snuggly. So I returned it. And coming to my senses $150. for ceramic was a bit much so I did not replace it. It is beautiful and looked amazing on my table when I unboxed it
