Smathers & BransonAmerican Flag Needlepoint Belt in Navy by Smathers & Branson

I've gone through the Customer Service loop from heck on this site. I try to "contact seller" about the missing wooden box (it's listed in the description and every other Smathers and Branson belt I've ordered has come with the wooden box, but all I got was the belt and a white cardboard gift box). Amazon says it's handling customer service for the seller so I can ask for help in their automated seller link. It even offers a "contact seller" button in this link but then takes you back to the Amazon Customer Service loop. The belt is great. Exactly as advertised. The plastic tag looks a little worn but the belt has no wear on it at all. However, when I pay full price for an S&B belt, I do expect the wooden box.
