JBA 1961S-2JS Silver Ceramic Exhaust Header for Dodge RAM 5.7L Hemi 15/25/3500 2WD and 4WD

Put these on my 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 and got a noticeable improvement in performance. The truck has a much better throttle response and engine performance especially in the low end RPM's.First off, the install is not for the novice tinkerer. Download the instructions and watch some youtube videos to get a feel for the length of time this will take and the difficulty involved. The passenger side was easy, driver side much more difficult due to additional components needing to be moved out of the way. Be prepared to relocate the oil dipstick tube, steering linkage, emergency brake cable/bracket. Also, remember it is a VERY tight space to work in with a lot of bolts, so having the right tools helps here as well as patience. I installed with the Stage 8 locking tab bolts and can attest to at least one bolt per side taking a LONG time to get in place properly with the tabs just due to the header pipes and bolt locations. This was covered in online youtube videos, and again, watch and be prepared. Everything else bolted up just the way it should to the block and factory 'Y' pipes Keep in mind, if you're dealing with the HEMI 'tick' from broken bolts, drilling out the old bolts and removing with a bolt remover is a giant pain and will add several more hours...The product itself it great, the install however is not for the faint of heart. Just know what you are getting yourself into.

After TEN HOURS of labor to install these I CAN NOT get the collectors to seal at the Y pipe. I've tried everything including RTV which I hate. The gap is 1/8” all the way around. That makes the header cone circumference almost a 1/4” to small. I spoke with JBA and was told go kick rocks as "nothing was broken" So now I have to take these OFF and put my stock manifolds back on. Another 8 hours of labor. I didn't even get so much as an apology from JBA. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought for a 2014 ram 1500 5.7hemiInstall was a little tricky. As far as noise I don't notice much if any difference. Same for powerBuild quality was good.Not sure if I would recommend.I haven't had any issues with them only been on the truck for 3 months now..
