Attachment with handle is break easily otherwise it is awesome.

AB has had its share of worthy products and this is surely one of them with issues that need to be rectified soon. AB products is ruling my indoors already in wide range and major factor is quality, ya of course there are certain products that I was not proud to own and had to ship it back but this man wont be shipped even with issues let me tell you why before that let me in short tell you the use of spatulaUse::A plate scraper consists of a plastic, wooden, or metal handle attached to a flexible rubber head. It is very easy to use and also to clean. However, susceptible to breaking easily. The end joint of handle is easy to break. Don't use the handle against heat, it will melt.

When I purchased this “AmazonBasics” product I bought it thinking that it would be a quality item since it’s an official product being manufactured and sold by Amazon! But now 5 months later the handle has broken off from the socket! I have contacted the seller Cloudtail via their email - [email protected] regarding a replacement, since it has a ‘1 year warranty’ due to manufacturing defects. I wrote to them mentioning the situation with picture proof stating my problem and they asked me to send proof of purchase bill and they’ll pass on my problem to the concerned team. Now a week goes by without any reply from them after sending my bill and picture proof, so I wrote back again saying “It’s been a week now” and they finally replied with this, ‘’As per our concerned team update, its physical damage which doesn't conver under the warranty.” I emailed them twice after that telling them it’s not due to forceful pressure that it has broken off and that it’s a defective low quality piece. They have not yet responded back and again it’s been another week. Now I know the difference when you can term something as defective and when it isn’t, as per the product usage the handle just snapped here, maybe because it couldn’t take the heat from cooking when one of its purposes is for cooking! Another person here in the review section has stated that the “handle is too weak and brittle.” I totally agree with that person, but the main reason I’m writing this review is due to the lack of “proper after sales service” by Cloudtail. When something is defective they chose to sideline my problem and ignore my requests. This was a bad experience and I did not expect this from Amazon/Cloudtail for an AmazonBasics product. (Those of you who don’t know ‘Cloudtail’ is the official and only Seller/dealer for amazon’s products)

Good quality, value for money and prompt delivery

Well heat-resistent, good quality rubber. Handle made of plastic has to be used a little carefully as I feel it could break. Wood would be my preferred material for it. But I am overall very happy with my purchase.

Right. Now before you read this review please note that I have been using Amazon products and will continue to use them and order many more.That said, this product is a horrendous product. Don't bother buying it. See the picture. After few months of use it literally broke. While I was using it, no issues. And it broke just like that. When complained to Amazon, they gave me a run around. It is not a very high end product that they can't replace. To me Amazon prides itself on customer satisfaction, but in this instance I would give them a BIG ZERO. Don't buy this product.However silicon spatula are the next big thing and I am going to buy another from Amazon platform, but with metal handle which is less likely to break.Hope this helps.
