We love it in recipes and as add on after cooking. Tacos, burritos, carnitas so many dishes. It’s hot and full of flavor.

I received the salsa macha today and immediately cracked it open to taste. Wow! Really yummy! It’s spicy/picante — but not too much, you can taste the garlic and the crunch of the peanuts, slight bit of salt, slight bit of sweet, and a bit of smoke. Really delicious! I lived in Mexico DF for years and am now in rural Michigan, where flour passes as a spice. I miss the tastes of Mexico and this brought back memories of home. Mil gracias, Gran Luchito!

I’M SURE it’s perfectly edible, but it’s disheartening to receive a product you’ve never tried before and see that it’s potentially passed it’s prime. (Received MAY 2024).

Thie flavor is unique and much different than the other garlic /chili crisps and is very hot. The jar is small and you will need a very small spoon (a regular teaspoon doesn’t fit).

Great on a biscuit or microwave burrito.Really like the thicker consistency.Just wish the jar was bigger.Heat, flavor and texture are excellent.A unique product.

This is such an excellent condiment on just about everything. Fantastic flavor, and for somebody who really enjoys spicy food, has a surprising amount of heat.

This is a great jumping in point into the vast world of macha salsa. This one has smoked chiles in the mix, so you get a very savory meat like flavor mixed in with red fruity chile notes. Just awesome and quite universal with food types. Also notable, there isn’t a ton of standing oil in this batch - which is great. With Masienda and others, half the jar can be just oil.
