This is not water-soluable! (EDIT - It's For Both)
REVIEW REVISED (3 Stars to 5 Stars) More experimenting, calls, and research ... it's used for oil and water. It has to be added at different stages. User error!

Bad Smell
This stuff has a pretty potent medical-type smell. No matter what scent I put in it, I can't cover the smell. I had to switch to a different preservative.
