My local big box stores who use to handle this stopped and now needed to find a quick get. This works for me. a bit more expensive then BB stores but actually fresher(as by expiration date).

I like to buy this item in bulk then I’m always sure to have it when I want it.

Crystal Light really works to keep your energy levels up while working or exercising. I first experienced electrolyte "problems" when I was running half marathons and 10K races 25 years ago. It can be pretty devastating and it's one of those things that makes you feel so bad you don't do a good job of problem solving, so you can get dizzy, stumble, faint, and other undesirable thingsI still exercise with pretty challenging hikes and long walks and I have learned to take a Crystal Light bottle of water with me so I can sip it as I exercise and finish it when I am done. I am able to avoid the negative effects of disturbed electrolytes and keep my energy level up without any sugar.Crystal light has a pleasant clean and natural citrus flavor and doesn't leave an "after taste". My wife and I often have a glass of Crystal Light as a beverage. For me, it is more effective than Gatorade or Pedialyte.

I rated with 4 stars because the powder inside the envelope is a little hard.
