Not that bad
It didn’t come as it looked in the picture. I was about to return it, thinking they had sent me the wrong product. I ended up keeping it seeing as it was bought for my 7 year old sister. The screen is plastic and not glass, therefore the price makes sense. The battery life is good, you cannot download some apps, such as Netflix but other child friendly apps are available

Basic is an overstatement
If you want to make phone calls only, this is for you. The Android version means zero YouTube as cannot be updated, extraordinary slow. It has the appearance of a smartphone, but you would get better use out of a 2003 motarila flip phone. I bought it for my young son so he could use YouTube, and WhatsApp to text his nanna, but not even any use for a child under 10 years old. I have requested a return vus UPS. let's see how that goes. But please save your money and avoid this phone completely. This review is not a single word of a lie. So very disappointed

Not a good buy
When we opened the well packaged and well presented phone, we put it together and then tried to download apps but it was not able to load them as the software isnt compatable , then after about 3 weeks, the phone has totally stopped working - it turns on but the touch screen isnt reastive.Total waste of £50 !!
