Amazing! I'm so happy with my purchase, I was looking for some exercises I can do at home and I feel like I found the perfect product. It definitely motivates me. There so many things you can do with this. You can work out your stomach muscles while working out your arms and leg muscles. So easy to use. The resistance it provides is the perfect amount. Not too much where it's too difficult and just enough to provide a strong enough work out.t. Definitely recommend this product.

The caps keep coming off of the ends of the tubing for the feet the curved stirrup strap comes loose every time I use it. Both sides. And the caps keep flying off the ends of the handles, which on the handle, they do not serve purpose, but they should not flip off of the feet locations where the straps are needed for keeping your feet from slipping off. Not sure if it is worth returning given where they came from.

I like this product and I will say that mine did come with a piece of paper showing some exercises. I think the resistance bands should be shorter. I’m 5’7 even for my height I think they should be shorter and I think for someone who is shorter there may not be enough resistance for them because the resistance bands seem to be too long. Overall, though, I’m able to do exercises and feel it’s effective.

I used this a few times and I feel it is made of cheap material.

Don’t hesitate to buy this easy to use exercise piece of equipment. I absolutely love my Pedal resistant band. It is so easy to use and after a few days I can truly feel how it has worked to improve my arms and tummy areas. I was so happy with it that I ordered it for my daughter and granddaughter. They received theirs and they love them as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s interested in home exercising especially since we are all home during this quarantine time.

I have owned one of these for years but it's getting a bit old and I was worried about it breaking so I was hoping to find a replacement...this was not it. The biggest problem, which is the whole point of this product, is there's little to no resistance. I'm about 5'7-8", with my feet in the stirrups, legs straight, hands on the bar with the band stretched, there is no resistance. I tried doing several sit ups and this felt like I was doing unassisted sit ups. I tried to stretch the band to various lengths and change the positioning of my legs/feet but it made no difference. I ended up returning it as the product just doesn't work as it should.

SUGGESTION : I just received my exercise equipment and haven't used it yet, but I don't doubt it will perform as well as other reviewers say it does. My suggestion for anyone purchasing these has to do with the lack of instructions as it does not come with any. I did a Copy and Paste of the exercises and specifications from the pictures on the ad. Great instructions for use are included in these pictures.
