Spacious and great quality with cute design
I love this lunch box after going through about 6 other lunch boxes from all sorts of companies and I've listed couple reasons why this lunch box wins over others for our family.1. I love that it stretches slightly but not too much so that it gets saggy. I can squeeze in many containers and bottles without having to play tetris.2. Easy to wash and clean. If food gets spilled, it's not going to be waterproof since it has no waterproof liner but it is easy to hand or machine wash.3. Super cute design and quality material. Material feels very sturdy and well made. one of the best made lunch boxes I've seen after trying many more or less expensive lunch boxes.4. I love that it doesn't have many creases inside the lunch bag that hides food particles.5. Also has two mesh pockets inside for small items like spoons and forks and kids don't have to dig around deep for them.6. It also doesn't get stinky.I'm not sure what I would do to improve the lunch bag. May be have a liner to protect liquid from spilling out but so far this is my favorite lunch box for our 2nd grader. It is a fairly big lunch box but also the shape is not defined so easy to squeeze into backpacks.

Parent AND kid approved
I have to pack my son's lunch for preschool every day. After only a month, his other lunch bag started looking gross on the inside. I wiped it out daily, but it just started getting staining and little crumbs in the corner seams. When I read the Dabbawalla was washable, I was sold! My son thought the rocket ship was the coolest thing ever. The handle makes it easy for him to carry the bag himself (which he is very proud to do) and I can fit his lunch and drink in it no problem.I use the Easy Lunch Boxes (or as my son calls them, the "lunchables" :) You have to angle it to get it in to the bottom of the bag, but it does fit and will sit flat once you get it in there. My son is able to get it out at lunch time too. It's a tight squeeze, but it works for us. I like using reusable plastic containers to cut down on excess waste from ziplock bags, etc.I also love that it's soft so it can store easily. The fabric has a little "give" too so you could stuff a lot in it if you needed to (also why the Easy Lunch Box can fit if you initially angle it a bit to get it in place).I am able to git the Easy Lunch Box, a thermos and a cup (his school provides his milk) and still have plenty of room. I plan to order another one for my 6-month old since I have to send his lunch/snacks/bottles to daycare too.

Very nice. Ample Room.
Seems nice. Only used it a couple of times thus far since school hasn't started. Wish the bottom had a little more substance. And others are right---it does not look like a purse at all! Overall nice.Update 11/4/16: We've used this now for a couple of months at school. It has held up well and surprisingly sitting up well even though it doesn't look like it has a bottom. Each morning I load up 2 Laken 12 oz water bottles, 1 to-go organic lemonade drink box against 1 cold pack, 3-4 planet wise snack zipper bags with snacks/fruit/cookies and 1/2 sandwich. It's a little heavy but that's not because of the bag; it's because I make sure our little one has enough of our filtered water with him at school to make it through the day. We've washed it several times over the last couple of months and it holds up well. All in all we are very pleased with the purchase.Made in Tawain

Awesome Lunch Bag!
I purchased this lunch bag to use for my kids when we go out for the day. I have always had issues with the sippy cups leaking in the lunch bags which has caused me to have to throw them out after awhile since I couldn't get them clean enough. The biggest issue was with the milk leaks because no matter how much I tried to clean them, I could never get that yucky milk smell out of the bags (they weren't machine washable). So, since replacing lunch bags is a waste to me, I set out to find a washable lunch bag-voila! Not only is this amazing bag washable, but it is pretty environmentally friendly as well. It is also cute and roomy. For example, the other day I fit in it a rectangle lunch bot, two straw sippy cups, a package of yogurt melts, a little glass container with fruit, some crackers, a small ice pack and some random baby snacks. I couldn't fit all that in our older lunch bags because they had hard sides that were not flexible and they weren't as big. We love this bag for many reasons, but mostly because when the milk spills in it-which it definitely will-I can wash it and it will be as good as new.

Inappropriately large for a kid
I'm just adding in here that while I love neoprene lunch bags for their washability, I'm very confused by the GIGANTIC size of this bag. I bought it for my preschooler but it is at least 25% bigger than my Built brand adult lunch bag. All of the black material you see in the image is basically not usable space- it just functions as the handle. The blue part is where the zipper is but in practice you are only getting access to the bottom half of the bag- it's very awkward to get into. Then, unlike my Built bag, this doesn't have a 'bottom' seamed in so it doesn't stand up very well. I wish Built brand made kids designs because the functional design of them is much, much better than this one.

The BEST lunch bag out there.
My little guy (3 years old) started preschool this year, and we've been using both the Dabawalla backpack and lunch bag for a few months now. It is so fantastic! His teacher and other parents in his class ask about them all the time. The stretchiness of the bag makes it easy to fit odd-sized containers (we mostly use the Bentgo lunch box and a Thermos water mug and they fit great), and so easy to clean. This is probably only relevant to some, but I also love the fact that the whole product line MATCHES and are very easy to identify. My kiddo has ASD/Aspergers, and I thought it was going to be really difficult to teach him which backpack and lunch box were his (the kids don't have designated cubbies at his school, and he often has trouble with things like this), but the design is so bold and eye-catching, that he always remembers the rocketship is his. He loves his Dabawalla "pack-pack" and lunch box, and we do too.

Fantastic!!
Very spacious, durable and worth the $$. I love how flexible it is which makes it easy to stuff in my son's backpack for Kindergarten. Great product!
