Seems to be a good thermostat at a low price.
It opened right at 180 degrees for my V8 pickup. The thermostat I received opens rather quickly for an inexpensive unit. I like switching from one thermostat for winter ,versus a different temp rated one for summer. My other 180(a different brand) is consistent but runs 10 -15 degrees hotter on opening. The Motorad seems to be a good choice for the summer season if you want to keep things cooler without dropping all the way down to a 160 degree thermostat. I received two for what I normally pay for one,so if it stays reliable its a good deal? Not giving 5 stars because only time will show if its durable.
