J&R Quality Tools Diesel Engine Compression Cylinder Pressure Tester Gauge Set 0-1000 psi

The gage fails to register any pressure, stays at zero without even a slight movement. Engine was pushing air out of the adapter with much more force than I could manually hold in with my hand. Just to check, I hooked it up to an air compressor at 125psi and the gage still read zero.

I would have given it 5 stars but the valve that releases the pressure after the test started to act up.

Doesn't fit my 7.3 tool for glow plugs holes.... Will need to buy a fitting or adapter.

We wanted to check the compression on a 6.5 diesel. But it didn't happen. It was easy to use, but not the right one. We check others places,this was the best price.

This has a pressure release button but it will not hold the reading it gets. pressure leaks out
