Hatte durch eine Überbeanspruchung meines Knies nach einer Wanderung (Geröll Besteigung) über ein halbes Jahr Probleme mit meiner Patellasehne. Seit ich die Bandage angelegt habe Spüre ich fast keinen Schmerz mehr. Nurmehr beim Stiegen hinuntergehen. Der Kauf hat sich gelohnt.

This strap worked really well for me; much better than other brands I have tried. Great features include the thread-through strap design which folds over and attaches on the outside. This makes it much easier to correctly adjust the tension to provide exactly how much support or pressure is needed. The gel pad is just as effective as the harder devices used by others, but is softer and so more comfortable when worn for longer periods. The pad is attached by Velcro, so may be adjusted on the strap for the most comfortable position. All in all, I feel this is the best thought-out patellar strap design available. Note that this is shipped from the UK, so delivery may take longer than some other brands, but it's well worth the wait. Highly recommended.
