Great for House/Pet Sitting!
I LOVE this dolly! I petsit quite often and stay at people's homes so there is always a variation of floorplans and stairs I have to maneuver when packing in and out. I am able to pack so much of my toiletries and tons of things I need for extended stays and it rolls and goes up and down the stairs easier than my carryon sized suitcase I bring.Initially I was slightly concerned with some of the reviews I read about it breaking easily but have not had any real issues, even after 3 years! Only recently I/m starting to see that mine is getting worn out. The foam handle is starting to split and that's probably because I've been unaware and rough on it dragging it out across the back of my SUV. And now I'm seeing that the thread is just starting to come apart at the top where it hangs and connects over the metal bar. I guess I could try to resew it myself or I will need to replace it in the next coming months. Regardless, this has been a lifesaver and 3 years and still going is great!

Game Changer for Boomer with Bad Back
I’m over 60 and have to climb stairs with knee, back and shoulder issues. I may as well be mountain climbing. Using this requires me to be especially cautious about balance but it really is doing all of the lifting. Going downstairs I have to make sure my grip on the railing is secure or it will go too fast for me. Upstairs, I just feel like I’m pulling. That feels like real work but nothing like lifting and carrying - which I am not able to do at all. So I highly recommend this pretty, versatile and useful contraption. I purchased a second one a year or two after I bought the first one. I have the turquoise ones and they get compliments when I travel with them. But I normally use them for laundry and grocery hauling and taking trash out to the can.

Great shopping cart and more
I bought this because there's no grocery delivery available because everyone is having their groceries delivered due to COVID-19. I don't drive and I'm stuck walking. This cart is a life-saver for me.It's great for grocery trips, but if you have a lot, or very heavy items, it's not as easy as the grandma carts. The weight sems to be more evenly distributed on the grandma carts. You also can't control it as easily as a grandma cart when you're pushing it. Pulling is a dream, but it's more strain on your arms. The minimal problems I had were likely because I overbought at the store. I hadn't been able to get some of the bigger stuff, so I kinda went ham on the things I haven't been able to carry. Gallon of milk, gallon of water, half-gallon of creamer, watermelon, 12-pack of beer, 2 bags of ice, big box of Mac and cheese cups, and my regular groceries (about 4 bags). I'm also a petite woman, so I clearly didn't think that through.I definitely felt the weight of my mistake, literally. Pulling that was hard. It's a huge bag, but it's still a bag so you're a little more limited with upward space than carts. I still had to carry some things, but again, I went crazy on big things. You could secure some lighter things on top, with a Bungie cord, if the bag is at full capacity and the flap lays flatish. Mine was almost a perfect square up top when full. The Mac and cheese box sat on the top and it stayed put well without a Bungie. I also stretched some bags around the handle.Only other minor flaw is that it doesn't stay folded (latch only locks in upright position), or attach well to a shopping cart (my old grandma cart had a hook, but you can fold it up and put it at the bottom of the cart. The maneuverability is great. The wheels roll very smoothly over uneven pavement and curbs and it's easy to turn. The streets around here are horribly uneven and I couldn't even feel the bumps. These are the same bumps that would almost flip my kids out of their strollers when they were little. Seriously, put these wheels on strollers! I had to take a lot of breaks because it was heavy and I walked quite a bit. I could easily switch hands and set it up right. Even as heavy as my groceries were, and as tired as my arms were, it glided up the steps with ease. The bag is big, but if you buy a lot of large items, it's like playing Tetris getting it all in. Luckily, I'm good at that. Lots of pockets, but if the bag is full, it's hard to get stuff in and out of the pockets. It seems pretty sturdy material (time will tell). I love the color and design.I also used this with Bungies and the bag removed to move some smaller furniture up stairs. It's perfect for a single independent woman who doesn't need a man to move heavy things up and down stairs. I've had dollies, but these wheels make it so smooth going up and down.It does hold a lot of weight. The plastic base is very sturdy. I stood on it and it didn't bend or wobble. I pushed my kids around on it in the house and we had a blast doing that. We're bored and cooped up in the house. So you've got at least 3 great uses for something that isn't terribly expensive. I'm very happy with my purchase.

So useful!!!
I used this to take heavy, oversized boxes and other garbage down three flights of stairs, and it worked like a dream!! I really like the fact that the bag is removable and that there is a flat area on this cart so it functions as a dolly as well as a grocery cart. Going up the stairs is a little hard and noisy, since you still have to pull the cart up each stair and then the cart bangs a little against the stairs. But using this cart is still ABSOLUTELY better than carrying several bags of heavy groceries up the stairs. I would (and have already) recommend(ed) this to people living with stairs. If you're taking laundry up and down, this would be useful. If you're moving oversized boxes of things (heavy or not), this would be useful. It seems to be well made, too, and the bag has several useful pockets.

What a Great Item - Does 2nd Floor Stairs with ease!
Dreaded carrying groceries up to our 2nd floor condo. Had three large sairs going down from the parking lot and 17 going up. Plenty of Room to put in items in the large bag and secure them with the draw string closure. It has a few zippered pockts to put small items on the outside and the bag itself could be used to haul items without the cart. It takes stairs with ease and these three legs takes them with little effort. I have two bad shoulders but I can easily lift large loads up the stairs with little effort. If you can pull it the wheels do the rest. Bag comes off for a small hand dolly that we use around the house. It folds up nicely for closet storeage. I'm almost 80 and it's no problem handling stairs with large loads. Get it!

Great purchase!
The media could not be loaded. This is s great purchase! My husband and I just moved to a two story apartment. This is heaven sent! In the video my husband is pulling the dolley up the stairs. I added the bungee cords to have it more stable since some reviews read that the bag goes side to side while taking up the steps. I had just gone to the groceries during this video. No problems so far. I will update should any problems arise! BTW this is my honest review I was not reimbursed for the review. I thought I would post if it would help anyone else out there!
