The most beautiful salad book ever!
I truly enjoy this salad book - so visual and the right side outlines every ingredient needed for the salad. The left side of the pages shows the finished product - and the salads are delicious!

The Only Salad Book You'll Ever Need
Out of all the "salad" cookbooks I have foolishly bought, there are but two that are not dross. The first is the BBC Good Food's Seasonal Salads. The second – and this is the far better - is this book. My philosophy with cookbooks is that if there is one dish I will make regularly, then buying the book has not been a loss. These are the salads in this book which I have made (or see myself making) regularly: (1) Florentine salad, (2) watermelon and fennel, (3) carrot and pistachio, (4) peach, tomato and mozza (5) tomato, onion and pepper, (6) fennel and grapefruit, (7) cucumber and cashew, (8) spicy avocado and butternut, (9) blue cheese, pear, celery and walnuts, (10) salad nicoise (an unbeatable version and I have tried many), (11) Waldorf salad with chicken, (12) tuna and haricot and (13) queen of sheeba. I am not including Greek salad, the penultimate version of which, I think, is the BBC Good Food's version. Caesar salad is conspicuously absent, but other than that, this is an enormous return on the investment. Last but not least, the book is visually-stunning and easy-to-use.

The best salad cookery book
I haven't tried out a recipe yet in this book that was not just extraordinarily scrumptious and I have made most of them. Eating healthy and well :) what more could you ask for?
