Check Yours For Wear
My Shoveling Plate (on SJ621) broke after 4 years. When comparing my broken scraper plate to the replacing one I was surprise to see how much wear had taken place . All the ribs on the bottom had been wore off and was smooth where it had had contact with our concert driveway. I suspect it finally must have given up hitting some frozen ice. I will now order a back-up blade, just in case. Better price than others offered.

Great Snowthrower
This snowblower continues to amaze me. I hit a rock and broke the shoveling plate scraper blade. Turns out a replacement blade is readily available and inexpensive. The only problem I had is that I had to shave off part of the plastic back because it was too wide to fit into the required slot.

Perfect fit, easy to install
Just like a shovel, this scraper blade is going to wear over time. I've had my SJ600 thru 3 winters and thought it was about time to replace wearing parts. This scraper blade was a perfect fit and easy to install. Now I'm all set for another 3 winters!
