Love this book. Had to get the UK version. As conversion from UK to America never are exact since the recipes are written in metric (grams and milligrams and millilitres and not ounces and cups).

It is a great bake and takes you through the recipes with clarity and makes even the less capable bakers create wonderful results.I have only made the amazing lemon drizzle and blueberry muffins so far. Both so yummy. The muffins however seemed to make many more than suggests. I probably did not fill enough.

I purchased this book off the back of How to Bake which is a fab book with excellent fool-proof recipes and I'm thrilled to see this book is no different. Paul may not be everyone's cup of tea but when it comes to Baking, there are few better. There are plenty of recipes that I haven't tried before, and as a middle-aged Lady who loves to bake, that's a high bar!! Each recipe has its own picture (which is a must for me) and there are some useful step-by-step images for guidance. If you love to bake this is definitely a 'must have' book for your collection. From people just starting out on their baking journey to 'old-hands', there is something for everyone. Delicious cakes, doughnuts, desserts and biscuits to breads of the world, pizzas, pastry and pies!! Delicious. Well done and thank you Paul Hollywood - you've nailed it!
