My boyfriend introduced me to these. He raved about the benefits of Irish Sea Moss (specifically the gel) but this brand was available at our local GNC. It’s a good price for what I consider an everyday vitamin. The first few days of taking the instant changes I noticed was the increased energy I had and how it suppressed my hunger. I take 2 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and can’t recommend it enough!

I love taking sea moss for overall health. I feel I have more energy and these don't disappoint.I just want to warn you that they do have a VERY fishy smell so if it's off putting for you don't take them.I take mine super quick and have no issues.

This product is easier to find than the gel. It product works just as good as the gel. It smells a bit like sea which is fine considering that is from where it originated. The product arrived on time, as promised when ordered.

I bought it for my digestion problems, so far not helping. I will keep taking
