I had never tasted Himalayan Pink Salt before so I don't have a basis for comparison. I had always wanted to try, but never did for some reason. I wish I had tried this sooner. This salt is fantastic. It has a different taste than your standard table salt or even sea salt. It has a good flavor, I just can't describe it, besides, it has less of a "salty" taste to it. Yup, great explanation; you know exactly how it tastes now, sorry. I have been using this on everything since I got it. The only thing I've noticed is, I wouldn't call this a fine ground salt, it's more of a medium ground, in my opinion.I received this product through a promotional discount in exchange for an honest review.

Awhile ago I also got the white sea salt version of this salt and love it! I love pink salt. The jar is adorable and reusable which I really like. The salt tastes so good. It's ground very well, not too chunky or harsh at all. It's great for seasoning your food as you cook it or for use at the dinner table. I will repurchase this salt again for sure! I did get this salt at a reduced rate for my honest review.
