NOW Foods Supplements, Methyl B-12 (Methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg, Nervous System Health*, 100 Lozenges

Hi, Just started using these and I like them. I prefer sublingual B 12 rather than pill form. These are small, dissolve easily and have a pleasant taste; a bit tart berry-ish and not too sweet ( sweetened with stevia and monk fruit extract) The absolute most important thing is that these are 'methylcobalamin' and NOT 'cyancobalamon'. I ONLY use 'methylcobalamin' and that includes in my multi vitamin/mineral tablets etc. I've used higher doses of B 12, and decided to lower it to 1,000 mcg, which combined with my Life Extension multi/mineral daily tablets (300 mcg) is a total of 1,300mcg daily. I change up my supplement regimen every so often, and have reached a formula that works for me. I like these B12 lozenges ( as they're called) and I recommend them. ~DM

I’m a big fan of these Now brand methyl B-12 lozenges. When taking these daily, they help stabilize my B-12 levels and I definitely notice a boost of energy throughout the day. My B-12 levels were running low on my lab test and my doctor suggested that I take a methyl B-12 pill. Sure enough on my next lab test the results showed that my B12 levels had risen significantly and my doctor was happy with the numbers and told me to keep it up with whatever I was taking. I will continue to buy and use these now brand methyl B-12 Lozenges. The taste isn’t too bad either. Great product!

This one is a hard one to review. This is an amazing brand and works for those who need it. I needed this, but I ended up giving it to someone else so not to waste. My body is weird when it comes to supplements/medications. I ended up having a bad reaction because my body couldn't handle it. My suggestion before anyone buys stuff like this is to make sure your body can handle it. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend these in general. The person (family member) who ended up with the rest said it helped them immensely.

I have an aversion to cherry flavor (makes me feel a bit nauseous) so I'm not too thrilled with the cherry like flavor. Other than that, they seem to be good, they disolve easily but i just don't like the cherry tasting aftertaste that lingers.I wouldn't have bought them if i knew they had this flavor.

I originally bought the 100 count of lozenges at 1000mcg, but I found that I would normally take at over 3 instead of 1 to get an immediate reaction. I later decided to go with the pill form 90 count at 5000mcg, which does not have a sweet Xylitol flavor, but still a better deal since I'm getting 5x the effectiveness and strength but at a lower cost per mcg. It's been nearly a month, and I feel like a brand new person compared to then. I also noticed I'm more prone to deeper sleep cycles compared to before. Honestly for the price, this is a deal, and I would highly recommend it.

These are working well. My B-12 is low and is helping my energy levels. I chew mine. It kind of taste like a sweet tart. I haven’t had any side affects

As expected,. Now is a good quality brand supplement

Happy with the vitamin it is the higher form of B-12 too.
