ISTStandard Dive Mask Clear Plastic Hard Case with Snap Lock Closure

Simple, good sized replacement box for full size dive mask. Will keep the mask safe for travelling. Have not tested long term use or durability.

Ordered another mask case that said it would fit large masks. It didn't this one did. Good product and value.

Although the label says that it is a large box this one is identical in size to a regular sized Scuba Max box that came with a mask I bought from a local shop a couple of years ago. The IST box and lid are made of plastic thick enough to protect the mask from being crushed and the lid snaps on a lip and holds in place via friction, like a microwave Tupperware container. The feature I like the most, aside from the stout plastic that resists crushing, is the lid has six small vent holes on the top that allow excess moisture to evaporate. On my Scuba Max box I routinely left the lid off with my mask inside until it was dry to prevent mildew from building up. The vent holes allow me to keep the mask completely covered and protected from being crushed or having the lens scratched while drying off. The internal dimensions are 8 x 3.5 inches at the bottom, 8.5 x 4.25 at the top and 4.75 inches high (including a .5 inch raise in the lid). There's enough room for me to easily fit my Oceanways Sealynx masks with the snorkel ring attached to the strap and a small bottle of anti fog at the side of the mask. Although there's nothing about this box that jumps out as spectacular I do like it and prefer to use it more than I do my Scuba Max or Cressi Dive box.

I bought 2 of these cases for our dive masks. One of the smaller masks fits great, but one of the wider masks just barely fits.. it's a very tight fit to get it in. I also wish the zippers (it's a double zipper instead of a single zipper) were not in the middle of the case, because if they were toward the side (like another mask case I have) it would be easier to get masks in and out -- especially the wider mask. But other than that, it's a nice case to protect your mask from scratches and has ventillation so it dries out. It just won't protect masks from breakage, though, if you pack them with hard/heavy items in a suitcase and the airline mistreats your luggage. Luckily I've never had that happen because I pack them in between swimsuits for padding.

This is a big box. I bought two of them for our snorkeling masks and they easily fit inside with room to spare. I'm sure I'll be able to fit a microfiber cloth, a bottle of antifog and some silicone grease for my moustache in the box along with my mask. I kind of wish it was a little smaller for packing in a suit case but it definitely will fit your mask and keep it from getting crushed in your luggage.

I'm about to buy another of these for my wife's mask after using the first for a year or so. It holds my Aqua Lung Infinity mask (model no longer available) with padded strap and Finis Duo mp3 player without deforming the mask as long as I remember to have the nose of the mask at the top facing the curve.

Excellent protection and size to accommodate my dive mask. Snap-on lid secures tightly and the box is very sturdy. Bought to replace another brand of box that failed during an international airline flight.

Looking at this box, it seems quite a bit larger in person. But my prescription lens mask fits perfectly and if it were any smaller, the mask would be squeezed. It's very sturdy and will be perfect for traveling in my luggage.
