I needed a sturdier cover for my omron BP cuff. This one was less expensive than others and had good reviews so took a chance and bought it. It's perfect! It's solid and sturdy. My cuff fits perfectly inside with a little room to spare. Was very surprised that it didn't smell bad too like many others that I have bought. It didn't have any smell yay!!! The zipper is strong and it came with a wrist strap to make it easier to hold. I am very glad I took a chance on this organizer. It's great to save money and have a decent product at the same time.

Fits perfectly. Awkwardly shaped but fits too perfectly. It's a hard case. I've dropped my unit a few times and it keeps it safe. Comes with a wristlet strap but I end up holding it by the awkward top cover. Double zipper for easy access. I would recommend.

The case that was delivered to me really fits my Omron BP786N and it makes carrying the monitor easy to carry and protects it from dust. The case is also well made and looks durable. It was a good buy for me.
