Absolute life savor!
I had a c-section, it was my second one. I wish I had this on the first go-around. You can wear it 24/7 and have absolute ease in your day wearing it. You can use hot or cold packs. And adjust to any size. With the ability to have the packs on the front and the back it would be a great use for recovery and after post partum useMy 4 year old had a belly ache and I used this on her belly with a warm pack also! Definitely worth the cost.

Lifesaver!
This product had me going from being in severe pain to walking around and feeling content. It is adjustable and comfortable to wear. I like how it only covers a small portion of the abdomen and not the whole torso. I notice a difference when walking when I take it off, I can feel my stitches. With it on, I feel way more supported. It’s the best belly band I tried (tried 3 others).

Comfy but it doesn't stay in place & the ice packs weren’t cold enough through the fabric
This was my fist c-section and I didn’t know what to expect. I stocked up on stuff that might help since I was nervous about the operation. My incision was really sore, and I tried my best to protect it since I have a toddler who loves to crawl all over me. This band helped a bit. Unfortunately though, the band rides up a lot when sitting or laying down, so it not longer covers my incision. The ice packs get super cold, but once they’re inside the fabric pocket the cold doesn’t come through enough for me (some people might think it gets cold enough. I like the ice pack to be cold enough that it’ll numb my skin, lol). The ice pack doesn’t feel good without the fabric barrier because it moves around a lot which hurts my incision.I think the band is comfy and provides some good support. It just moves out of place pretty easy, and I wish I could feel the cold more through the fabric.I honestly would have returned this if I could have because I barely used it postpartum, but I threw the packaging away before I realized I wasn’t actually going to use the product. Whoops!

Effective c-section support
This does not give as much support as a true binder, like the one they give you at the hospital, but it is still very effective. It’s very sleek, fits like a fannypack, but still provides enough targeted support. It’s adjustable and pretty much stays in place. The best feature is that you can quickly lift it to use the bathroom - unlike other options which are a process to put on and take off. The ice/hot packs are a nice addition, but they don’t stay cold very long so I just use a regular ice pack.

C-Section Relief
After my C-Section, I felt like I needed additional support while I was healing in order to be able to do basic light-duty things around the house without extra pain (especially back pain, since it felt like my back muscles were trying to compensate for a weaker abdomen). This made picking up the baby, getting up wash bottles, and shuffling around the house doable and helped empower me to (slowly, gently) get back to day-to-day life again. The fact that I could put the cold packs on the front or back (or both!) was great when I needed some extra TLC. Since this was a helpful product for me, I sent one to my sister-in-law as soon as I heard she was having an unexpected C-section after a difficult induction. If I have another baby, I'll definitely get another. The only reason that this isn't five stars is that I wish it had been a little bit bigger to cover a larger area.

Seatbelt guard
I don't even use the hot/cold feature and I still give this 5 stars. I'm sure the hot/cold is great too. It is a fantastic seatbelt guard when you have had a c section.

Helped so much!
I was skeptical at first because I used a belly band with my first but this helped the entire healing process. Especially with a toddler at home who doesn’t watch where his feet go, it helped protect the area. Only downside is the band wears down easily so it is probably only a once a c section purchase

Useless for C-Section Recovery
I purchased this for my c-section recovery and was super disappointed, especially considering its price. The heat and cold packs did not transfer well enough to make a difference and the positioning of the belt is awkward and didn't provide any pressure on the incision which is what I needed for relief. Simply did not receive the type of support I hoped for with this product and barely used it. Sadly was unable to return it because I missed the deadline. I wound up purchasing belly binder shorts from another company and that worked far better for me.
