Q: Are the size of the 6 pack at steamers larger than the 12 pack steamers (actual size per steamer, not quantity) ?

No, they are different. 6 pack are hand pressed tablet. 12 pack are machine pressed. Our 6 pack is a bit larger in diameter but for the weight, it is the same with 12 pack.

Q: Can these be used as a bath bomb as well?

Don't know, but from what I see on the outside, I would not put them in the bathtub with me.

Q: Is this item manufactured in China?

Packaging does say Made in China.

Q: do these make your shower slipperty with the oils in them?

I have not noticed any oils in this product. I used two of these as directed and the both melted away in less 30 seconds. The first time that I tried one it crumbled in my hand. The second one disintegrated promptly in the shower! I noticed no fragrance, oil or color. It was a waste of my money.
