Versatile, great quality and value for the set
These came packaged very well, and I was pleased by the presentation. When you take out the bands, you know you've bought a quality product. I love that the back of the bands being black, as well. I've never seen pink getting used for band color - coding. But it's not about the color, it's about the weight ranges, and that is displayed on each of the bands for you to see. I specifically wanted the pink and green bands for its lighter loads doing shoulders. I'll explain how I do that. These may be pull up assistance bands, forever I also use these with a thin PVC pipe to do upper body day, leg kick backs, tricep dip assists, and yes, pull up assists. They're great with makeshift deadlifts, squats, arm curls, rows, you name it. They replace the pulleys in the gym also. These are ultra versatile and should be included in any home gym. You can use the pink one for more than you know, even though it's the smallest weight range, and if one of the names is not enough resistance for you, you can add the pink to make it even more difficult. That's why I highly recommend buying a whole set... And after looking at various ones this one is the best value here on Amazon.A few people are disappointed in these because they wanted to use this for a specific thing in the gym other than their intended purpose, and when it didn't work out they gave the product 2 or 3 stars. You can't replace weightlifts with multiple bands. It will never be the same. You just have to swallow your pride and spend the money on Olympic weights. Also, I never find myself wobbly when using these to assist in pulls or dips. However, I have used bands at the gym before. It could just be that you have to practice more.Other than that, these are amazing. I really loved expanding my gym equipment so that some of the things at a regular gym are more accessible to me.

Why buy a cable machine when you there this this?
Great job! Cable machines are a bit pricy. But this is alternative is much cheaper. The bands are also extremely durable and resistant. To put this to perspective:Currently working out with gymnast rings, and I weigh roughly 160-165lbs. Applying a band to my support hand for grip to aid with negatives has improved immensely towards a one armed pull up.Also, this supplements for many cable workouts and some. Providing versatility for the user that has ideas. Now, that does bring to attention that since this a rubber band. If it is not seated or anchored properly there will be some snaps. These have provided great steps towards a warm up on deadlifts. Since it does not apply such weight to the lower back, but instead resistance depending on the set up.My only complaint is that the bands are limited to 175lbs weight support. I would love to see them go higher in resistance, but perhaps that’s my imagination yet breach into those areas.

Strong and sturdy exercise bands. Excellent for assisted pull-ups and normal strength training.
Pull Up Assistance Bands by Physix Gear Sport :The are the best set of bands I have run across since doing gym and lifting.Good for strength training and assisted pull-ups.Strong and Sturdy Exercise bands.Excellent for assisted Pull-ups.Surprisingly great for strength training as well. They are versatile for sure. A lot I have been able to do with these bands so far.I bought these to use while traveling and to get better at doing pull-ups. Exceeded my expectations. These bands feel strong, durable, and I expect to get a lot of use out of them.FYI, there was a "Resistance Loop Bands Guide" available when I received the Pull Up Assistance bands by Physix Gear Sport from Amazon. Not hard to download but decent little guide as well.Very happy with my purchase and what it allows me to do while traveling and at home.

Band Specifications for Force Are Misleading
Very nice bands and classy packaging. I bought 6 purple and tested 3 bands over a 40 inch pull. The maximum force was only approximately 32 kilograms or about 70 lbs! Their stated force is 120 to 175 lbs. I am assumming this is a range and not mazimum. I feel mislead, and I now must buy 6 more bands to achieve sufficient resistance for deadlifting. I also now need more than 6 bands for bench pressing.

The resistance levels are awesome for the price.
The bands work as depicted...especially like the toughness of the bands as they can be used a bunch of different ways in the gym without you having to worry if they will tear or break. The best part about them is the different levels of resistance they provide as most other bands like these are either too expensive or don’t offer enough resistance. I on average bench 365-405 so their purple band is excellent to use when you want to offset your bench utilizing the bands and less weights..

Love this product
Im a gym goer Exercising at home duding virus days, the band is great. Ive never used one. Very durable, fair price. SO many exercises you can do. Only suggestion I have is to make the training video more professional: have him speak, tell us what he's doing (not just print it at the bottom thats not easy to read) , give us tips on what to watch out for (especially we new users), etc. Also found out I could use my dumbbells with this. So glad I ordered it

Nice bands for workouts
Nice bands, sturdy and varied resistance. There are a lot of different exercises you can do with these and they pack up nicely for travel. The only thing I would comment on is the highest resistance band is 120-175lb resistance variation which is quite a large range compared to all the others (10-20lb range variation). It would be nice if that were tightened up a little bit.Perhaps an expanded range could also be created to cover some gaps in potential resistance (gap from 25lb to 65lb, gap from 85lb to 110lb).Would also suggest developing a better way to "shorten" when required, for some exercises it is eay and straightforward for others it is a bit difficult to get the length you want. But I think that's a downside for any band!
