Every day you do a check-in to get a sense of how you're feeling/what's going on in your life currently, and then there's a short unique prompt as well! It's really surprising and uplifting how spending just five to ten minutes a day reflecting on myself helps my mood, focus, and self-esteem. Super glad I got an advanced copy from the published--can't recommend enough!

Very helpful daily practice
