Skil-Care Crash Pad - Jumbo Foam Mat for Kids (5' x 5')

Easy and fast set up.Came with everything and my son loves it.It’s almost like having a bed on the floor.

I really like this pad. Held in to it for several months before Christmas and was very worried that it wouldn't be worth the money. It's very well constructed. It fills itself out in a few days and best of all it is perfect for "crashing". Very nice product. My biggest worry is that the kids figure out how to open it up and start removing all the tiny foam pieces inside. That would make for a big disaster. I did purchase the extra cover because we tend to be messy so I am hoping it also serves as an extra deterrent to such things.

I love the actual crash pad however the removable, washable cover that was supposed to come with it did not. And it NEEDS the extra cover as this could get ruined fast. However, when I called customer service they were extremely helpful and sent me a gift card so I could order the cover separately.My suggestion would be to open this at night when the foam has a chance to collect air and fill up. I opened it in front of my kids and spent an hour breaking apart the foam so they could play.

We unwrapped our crash pad to find two enormous mashed together balls of foam pieces. We had no choice but to pull big chunks of foam apart so that it would spread out in the bag. That took a good 30-45 min. I’m hoping the foam puffs up as some of the reviews have indicated. Overall it seems like a good product, but the way it arrived was a bit disappointing. The kids seem excited about it; so we will see if it ends up being a hit.

I have a 3 and 2 year old grand boys who are both on a spectrum of autism. They ABSOLUTELY love it! I love it! Even my 7 year old granddaughter loves it when she comes over.We thought of making our own but once we investigated we would have paid around the same price as this and it would have been no where as secure as this crash pad is. Highly recommend.

My little boy has sensory issues and we needed a place for him to do some occupational therapy at home. We decided on this crash pad, and although huge, it’s been durable and very soft.

I use this in the sensory room at my school. We have had it for over 6 months and it is still going strong with multiple students between the ages of 3-12 years old using it. I love to use it too!

When we opened the crash pad and checked the stuffing we found a clamp inside the "mattress". I can't say that it is a bad product, but until I have more information I just want to advise anyone receiving their crash pad to check it for hazardous material before letting your kids fall on it. The company has sent us a replacement crash pad and made changes in production to guarantee there will not be accidental clamps in the future. 5 star service, great product, still check your pad before use.
