Work Very Well
My wife was told that she needed to take vitamin D3 tablets by a doctor. Especially as she's South African and we don't get the same weather, and a lot less sun than she's used to. So I found these and ordered them for her to try: - The capsules arrived in a nice bottle which was in a nice box. The box also contained a detailed leaflet with plenty of product information. - She takes 1 each day with breakfast so works well for her routine. - She said it wasn't long in to taking them that she started to see a marked improvement in her health. - There are no horrible odours or tastes to the capsules. - My wife said they're easy to swallow, especially with water and aren't that big. - 1 month on and she's seen a good few improvements in her health! Her doctor remarked that she was also seeing improvements so recommended she stick with them for now! We've ordered more as they work a treat and aren't badly priced! We would definitely recommend these.

There are 60 capsules in the pack, and you take one a day, so you are getting approx. two months supplies from this one purchase. These supplements are vegetarian friendly and are free from peanut, soya, yeast, gluten, dairy, nut, gelatine, preservatives, salt, sugar, colour and wheat. They are lactose and alcohol free. The supplement is also Halal Certified (HMC) and Kosher Certified (KLBD).I have been using the Vitamin D 3200 UI supplement for a week, with no apparent adverse reaction to the ingredients (although this will differ from person to person), and I take them in the morning with my breakfast. These supplements are a good price for 60x capsules, if it helps give my immune system a boost and supports my general health then surely that in itself is a bonus.

Could be cheaper but good quality nonetheless
This supplement by SynBio provides 1600% of an adults recommended dose. My previous bottle of vitamin D3 contained fractionally less than this one coming in at 1500% and I have to say the tablets were considerably smaller than these. I was quite surprised at the size of this tablet. Having said that they are easy to swallow.I really like the information on the bottle it’s concise and informative. I particularly like that it states it is peanut/nut free, having a member of my family with a nut allergy I can’t express enough how helpful this is for people with a nut allergy I think all supplements should have an allergy declaration on. It also features the official logo ‘Vegetarian Society Approved’ which is another thing I look out for being a vegetarian, this gives me piece of mind that I don’t have to double check the ingredients or factory May contains. At £6.99 (March ‘22) this isn’t the cheapest vitamin D supplement I’ve purchased but it is very good quality and I would consider purchasing again.

Mixed feelings
I was advised to take 3200iu of vit D a day by a consultant having been diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and found to be deficient in the process. Originally I was given it on prescription, but then told after a few months I would need to buy my own and discovered two issues: one, 3200iu (80mcg) is not an easy strength to come by commercially, and two, they’re pretty expensive. These capsules are 3200iu, at a good price, vegetarian society endorsed, and look very similar to a brand I was prescribed previously. I paid double this for my last lot of vits. My only hesitation about the product comes from the fact that whoever designed the packaging appears to be unaware of the existence and purpose of the comma. When I’m using a product for health purposes, particularly when it’s one I’m ingesting, I do personally find things like that fairly off-putting. As a result, I went to the website to check them out that way, and found the same standard of English there. I was then further put off by a statement on the Not Health Claims page that said they accept no liability even if they’re aware of a problem. Maybe that’s industry standard, but it was definitely a surprise to see. All that said, though, the packaging meets the legal requirements for food supplements in terms of wording and information provided, and one of their other brands of D3 is available to purchase in some pharmacies, so…

Immunity booster
They are a bit big but I think as it’s only one a day or immunity boost a person can handle it. I like the fact you get 60 is also great.

Very good
Great quality, high dose(3200iu) makes it a good value for money. For £8.00( at the time of this review) it provides 60 days of supply( 1 a day ).It's easy to swallow and of course, you have to drink plenty of water with it, as per the information leaflet.Comes in a plastic jar that is half-empty...In one of the pictures, I poured all pills into a small glass( narrower at the bottom, than the plastic jat ). You can see that there is plenty of space left. So I guess it is purely for marketing purposes, to look bigger on the shelf.Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of healthy teeth and bones, so I consider it very important supplement when living in the UK.

Great
60 veggie capsules, which are red, come in a bigger white plastic bottle.1 capsule to take daily. 2 months supply.I take vitamin D mainly for the immune system to work well, especially in winter time when there is not enough sunshine and so far still staying healthy throughout the pandemic. This is one of the higher dosed Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 80mcg per capsules, 3200IU.Capsule is red.Everyone should take vitamin D3 especially in cold and grey weather!Great value, simple to take.

Who has normal vitamin d levels in the uk?
It’s a given fact that we are all low in vitamin d. the issue has become more mainstream with covid in the news. This is nice easy to swallow weekly or daily dose. Although it’s generally recommended to take 800 to 1000ui daily
