Revitalized a vintage lamp
Likes: easy to understand directions, matching finish to the vintage lamp. Other than the extra time it took me to find the neutral wire, it took me about 45 minutes to clean the lamp, disassemble then reassemble with parts from the kit.Dislikes: for novices the terminals are not easy to find unless you have a magnifying glass for the diagram. I had a difficult time finding the neutral wire because of the clear cord, it wasn't easy to see or feel the rib at first.

Not UL approved
I chose to not use this kit to rewire a lamp in my home for a safety issue because this kit is not UL approved.

Probably works well if you can figure out how to assemble it…
This could very well be a quality productivity the assembly “instructions” are absolutely garbage. Very few words and microscopic pictures. It has never been out together properly.
