Works great, and simplified my pizza process by a tenfold.

Love this.
Fries work great on these. Really anything that's frozen and needs baked in the oven for crispness.

Perfect for an Aldi’s pizza!
I tried several pizza pans before finding this one. It fits an ALDIs fresh pizza perfectly and cooks the crust perfectly. HIGHLY recommend!

Works great for pizza on the grill
These things are perfect for a large pizza.I use these on the grill to get a nice crisp crust. Plus, they're inexpensive, so I feel less bad about chucking them in my 500-700 degree grill. They are a bit of a pain to clean, especially if any dough gets charred into the gaps of the mesh. I just leave them on the grill and hit them with a wire brush to knock off any burnt bits.Because they're so cheap, they're also pretty flimsy. But if they get a bit bent up, just bend it back.If you're okay with all of that, and I totally am, these are awesome for getting that good pizza crust!

Works great, easy to pre-season, made crispy pizza
I'm so glad I got this, I need to get the 12" now since the 11" had a little room to spare in my oven. Pre- seasoning was simple: I rubbed the screen both sides with canola oil and a saturated paper towel and set it aside. Then I took one oven rack and put on on top slot to get it out of the way, and put other rack on the lowest position. Then preheated the oven on 450 for 30 minutes. Put the oiled screen in the oven by itself and "baked" it on 450 for 45 minutes until it had a light gold cast to the metal.. Took it out and set it on a heatproof surface and let it cool. Then I made up my pizza on top of it (roll out dough on lightly floured surface). Put in the preheated 450 hot oven on bottom rack and baked 15 minutes. Slid a pizza peel under it (rimless cookie sheet will do) and removed from oven. Slipped a knife under it to make sure nothing stuck to screen - it was clean and perfect, crispy, and ready to make the second pizza. I made 3 in a row, and the screen had nothing stick to it at all. It was clean as a whistle. I used a soapy cloth to wash it and immediately dried it very well so it wouldn't rust. If you treat the pizza screen this way, you should get plenty of use out of it. I was impressed.

A Game Changer
We have a Ninja Woodfire Oven that we bake our pizzas in, and I always had trouble getting a pizza off of the peel and into the oven and onto the stone. I would usually end up with a mess but no more. This pizza screen is amazing. I form the dough on a peel and then place the screen on top of the formed dough and flip the peel over so the dough is on the screen. I then proceed to add the sauce, toppings and cheese. I place the screen with the pizza onto a peel and slide it into the oven. I like this screen so much that I ended up buying a second one. Some people complained that their dough sticks to the screen but I didn’t have this problem because I seasoned it according to the instructions that came with the screen. I highly recommend this item.

Works but I have quewstions
I bought two of these at separate times. The first was a twelve inch. if instructions were included, I did not see them. It worked okay. I order a larger size which did come with instructions. It also said the product can rust which is puzzling because aluminum does not rust. It also said I must season the pan. I tried but after several tries have not the golden finish promised. So I give a tenative reccommendation with a strong suggestion the company improve its description on Amazon

15" Worked very well, seasoned twice.
Really think this 15" pizza screen far exceeded my expectations. It arrived on time, with a 15"X 18" 3/8" thick Dare pizza steel. I washed and dried both at the same time, and seasoned them at 450f for an hour, two times with a little break in between. A good coat of canola oil in between hours. It looked like for sure the dough would stick un-seasoned screen but when I was done it was a deep golden brown and the screen looked more like a honey-comb then a screen. Made my first pizza on it tonight, none of this neopolitan pizza, nice crispy crust non-floppy pizza, came out very good, cooled very nice on the screen on a rack and slid right off. Crispy bottom and cheese starting to crisp up very nice brown, couple spots starting to turn black but most important to me was the crispy crust. (a lot of cheese, parmesan romano, 12.5%mfg shredded mozza, then pecorina romano and still crispy crust with a little crunch). Will use in combination with the steel on my days off and make a few pies, can't wait. (this might be all you need for a good crispy crust depending on how many toppings you like to load it with)

Buen matrrial
