Absolutely delicious
This cold brew is good as hell! I just got it and wanted to try it right away. I tried it first as is black and it honestly was pretty darn good and I never drink coffee black. Even had the wife try it who hates cold coffee and never drinks black either and even she couldn't believe how good and smooth it was.I added a little bit of fairlife milk to it and less than a tablespoon of sugar ( and I usually load up on sugar in my coffee ) and it was just pure perfection, but honestly I think I could adjust to drinking this black all the time if I kept being consistent it with.I will for sure be auto subscribing to this.

I can’t stop drinking this coffee
I love this coffee, especially the mocha. I cannot stop drinking it and it is so easy to put this box in the fridge and just pour some coffee in the morning. Add a little vanilla protein shake to it and enjoy. It is a little pricey, but it’s worth it. It’s so delicious.

Cold brew anyone?
I have not tried cold brew before purchasing this. I have been apprehensive because I want coffee and creamer but still want to taste the coffee and not just the sugar of the creamer. I can say this coffee is smooth and even with some creamer, you can for sure taste the coffee.

Good product, unfortunate packaging
The coffee itself is both strong and smooth, as advertised. Stronger than I expected, even taking that into account, so on the plus side this box is likely to last me a while. (That is in fact why I sought out a bag-in-a-box coffee: I don't drink it a lot, and I'm hoping this will last in the fridge for a while.)The mocha flavor is present, but not overpowering. As you'd expect for a product billed as having no sugar added, it's not sweet, but there's a chocolate taste, especially noticable in small sips. I find myself sweetening it, but that's fine. The coffee portion lacks the astringent flavors in some drip coffees, which is a big benefit to the cold brew that comes through here. However, the packaging still needs some work. The box I received by Amazon had been taped back together inside the undamaged shipping box I received, indicating it had already been splitting apart before being shipped to me. That tape even covered the opening you're supposed to push open to get the spout out, which required some care in cutting back but not nicking the bag. Given the delamination here, I'd say the cardboard in the box is not quite as sturdy as you'd see in a boxed wine, or even the Amazon shipping box. It would be fine for picking up from a grocery store, but it seemed to have trouble holding up to Amazon's handling. I don't know where the blame lies here specifically, but since this is an Amazon review, I've taken off a star anyway: it's a good product, but the packaging seems risky for something I'm going to put in my fridge for weeks. If you don't care about the aesthetics and can take a bit of time to open the box, you'll be rewarded with some solid coffee, though.

Didn't love the mocha, customer service is great!
My original review: I have tried other flavors of this brand and really enjoyed it but the peppermint mocha did NOT do it for me. Was very disappointed and ended up throwing it out when I wasn't even quite done because I was so sick of trying to drink it. Bitter, not smooth like other flavors. No discernible mocha flavor.Update: Wandering Bear reached and offered a full refund. I didn't realize 100% satisfaction guarantee was something they actually observed. Really boown away by the customer service. I will definitely check out my favorite flavors again (peppermint mocha I will leave for others, haha!)

The taste was unbearable
I don’t typically like to write negative reviews for products that have the potential to be good, however, in this case, I believe it’s best to do considering the price of this particular cold brew product. So, with that stated above, I will continue to explain my review in the following words: My son and I enjoy drinking all types of various coffees from americanos, cold brews, and well...you know, just plain old coffee! So my son and I wanted to try another cold brew out and decided upon this product. We were both pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up in the fridge, and with a quick turn of the spout...yes, cold brew came pouring out! It was amazing how simple and easy we can have some cold brew! But, to our shock and dismay, the first swig didn’t go down so well. Unfortunately, as we took a nice swig of cold brew from this amazing container, we looked at one another as if we had seen a ghost. A look strikingly similar to that look you make when your lips purse and you feel like vomiting. This cold brew tasted like something was off with it; it’s very sour and just tasted absolutely awful! So awful, that neither one of us could even take another sip without gagging. For a cold brew that sells for nearly $30 dollars and looks quite presentable, you’d expect it to taste good. I think this company needs to improve the taste of its cold brew so that it can lead to more satisfied customers because the idea and concept of it is great, but the quality in the product itself is clearly lacking.

I'm a coffee snob
I almost like NO coffee unless it's from a select few brands and or methods and this is a YES! I got the extra strength straight black. I use my vanilla silk creamer and you know how if you don't get enough creamer it doesn't taste good? Assuming you're a creamer person, well this still tastes good even if you want to add a splash more creamer. it's not bitter and dirty or muddy tasting like strong coffee or any coffee can get. I love gradys cold brew bean bags(which I quit using due to price and time restraints), this and nescafe columbian singles in boiled water. That's it! I'm not sure how long the 96 oz will last as I get a big glass in the summer months once each morning so that I will have to see if the price matches up to how long it lasts.

Sour and comparatively very expensive
Taste was awful, sour. Price is ridiculous. Invest for under $20 in a cold brew carafe that comes with filter and pay $11 at grocery for organic cold brew grinds which will last several weeks or a few months. Don't waste your money. It really was terrible.
