Great full flavor. No Kopi luwak coffee aftertaste like Starbucks. (In case you're wondering, Kopi luwak coffee is first eaten by civet monkeys, excreted and processed for your consumption.)

This is the second case of this product that is not compatible with my Keurig 2.0. I have been purchasing this product for awhile now and never had any issues before with compatibility. My Keurig machine is still the same one, so no changes there. My previous case, I had to dispose of 10/48 pods. The case that I received on 07/09, I had to dispose of 04/48 pods before I could make a cup of coffee. I will be cancelling my subscription to this item immediately. I tried to do a return on this item this morning and found out it is not an item that can be returned. Not sure when Biggby made a change on their pods, but my last (2) cases have been a problem. Too bad for me, because I really like this coffee. It's not like it is cheap $$ either, so I don't understand why they don't use a real "K" pod. But at $0.77 per pod to dispose of, I will find another brand. So far I have disposed of $10.78 worth of pods and I just opened my latest case this morning. Very disappointed as well with Amazon for not even giving the option to explain the reason for the return...just, "this item not eligible for return".

I LOVE when my Biggie coffee gets dropped off on my porch!! Amazon does a great job of making sure all my orders get here on time. Wouldn't shop anywhere else
