Used 1 time and quit working. Replaced batteries and still nothing.

I appreciate the expedient delivery but if it's something that doesn't work then what's the point. In the photos I have shown, there is not one but two issues with the device. Keeping me from being able to quickly load a few batteries and go. After wasting a few hours of charging batteries , believing it was an issue on my side. I later find I need to do some repairs in order to get this thing up and running. Not returning it but not really impressed with the quality control.

This battery run the smoker does not come with any type of instructions. It calls for AA batteries and has the ability to charge it. It will not run unless it is plugged in to the charger. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to insert chargeable batteries? Or if the item is defective.

If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck. It’s a duck. I read the reviews on this product before ordering, and had high hopes, but like the others, mine failed also. Used it carefully, trying to extend its life, but it lasted through only three uses. Less than an hour run time. Worked great when it worked, but due to the short life I do not recommend.

First one I ordered it came broken, second replacement worked for 10 days maybe….

You constantly have to adjust the batteries to make it work. USB plug but does not hold a charge. USB only work when plugged into outlet.

Problem with battery compartment. Could not fit batteries in this unit; therefore, unit is useless. Would not recommend purchase.

After only 2 uses the plastic around the fan began to melt from an extended use. I believe this could have been made better to where this didn't happen. It was fairly cheap but I would still expect better longevity
