Advertised as a table cloth, I'm using it as a window covering instead of shrink window film as it's more durable for a single glazed 🤩

Perfect. Was as stated online. I ordered larger than I needed due to products ordered in the past from other companies not being the size stated online. This was was perfect this thickness also enabling folding at the corner of the table.

This pvc tablecloth is a cost effective way of buying clear pvc to put at the front frame of my MaxShade blackout blind with noise reducing acoustic honeycomb fabric. The blind has it's own frame and sits in the recess of a window. I filled small gaps between the outside of it's frame and the window recess it sits into (attached with screws to the recess wall from the centre of the sides of the frame). Because the blind within the frame lifts up and pulls down to work as a normal blind it's not a totally sealed unit, and so some sound still bleeds through, so I purchased some Gauder Metallband Metal self adhesive tape in white finish to stick to the front flat edges of the blind (same size luckily) this metal is so that I can attach this PVC clear tablecloth with Magnets up to the frame, to act as a soundblocker, whilst still being visible to see out of the window when the blind is up, and when I still want soundproofing qualities, and it does a great job. I live across from a noisy pub with rowdy people sitting outside my bedroom window with the noise of music and large air conditioning units making loud high pitched humming. This set up has eventually made my bedroom quiet. I use FINDMAG Neodymium Magnets that I got from Amazon to hold this clear PVC very firmly to the metal strip I fitted all round the front of the frame. The metal strip needs to be pressed on the large flat front area, pressing and smoothing by dragging your fingers down the edge of the strip is very sharp and would result in slicing through your fingers, speaking from experience, I won't do that again, but the metal for magnetic pull, and the resulting taut hold of the pvc to the frame is very good. I also got a Reacher Sunrise alarm clock so that I would be able to wake up ok in a pitch black room. The alarm clock has many functions including birdsong alarm, brown noise to scratch out unwanted sounds as you sleep, with a timer to make the brown noise and light to stop at your choice of duration. I've got no idea what this thing is like as a tablecloth except to say whatever you use it for expect a few hours or more of smelly 'off gassings' as it's PVC. Getting it into sunlight and open windows will speed up the process so the smell goes away. It could be off putting if you don't do this before using it at mealtime straight away as the smell sort of gets in your mouth too. Still worth gettings as following the advice and knowing will mean you can avoid this for a few hours after opening.

...looks a bit weird, so I use ordinary cloth usually, but will use this to protect table when my grandson is doing messy activities at the table!

It's not 140cm wide, it's 135cm wide. I'm using the material for something other than a table top so this has completely messed me up.
