Slightly different than pictured
One of the banners looks completely different. The cupcake toppers need to be attached to the toothpicks. One of the toppers said “PIL STOP” so I left those off. I was a little disappointed. I’ll blow up the balloons tomorrow. We’ll see how they go.

Looked good with other decorations. Some what cheap quality but still nice. Hanging signs were already put together.
