Yes this is wonderful to tenderize meat. But I buy a new jar every year to take the sting out of wasp and bee stings. Make up a thick water paste and apply to bite. Works amazingly well. I only use this brand.

We have used Adolph’s meat tenderizer in the past for Bee Sting relief.We plan on putting these Adolph’s in our first aid kits for bee & other insect stings.

I have always used Adolph’s meat tenderizer. I couldn’t find it in my store. I think it’s the best tenderizer I have used.

Fantastic on steaks and roasts. Use sparingly in place of salt. Roasts can be seasoned 24 hours in advance before being introduced to a slow cooker.

One arrive great. The other the bottom of the container was cut and the tenderizer spilled out into the package

With prices what they are today, you might not be able to but the best cuts of meat. Blot your meat dry, both sides and apply tenderizer. The meat will melt in your mouth when you cook it. There is no "after taste." Can't live without it!!!
