Having read one or two negative reviews I was unsure how this would work out, but I am delighted with the purchase.It looks good, not too heavy but very stable and pops corn really well.We have bought a bunch of square popcorn boxes to create the full experience and the kids can’t get enough of it… even when there is no film as an excuse.We have followed the instructions carefully, so between each batch there is a cooling period and it is important to measure correctly to ensure the maximum percentage of kernels being popped.I think we‘re getting around 95% which is good enough. Collect the un-popped kernels and re-cycle innige next batch.Ideal for a family to eat warm, freshly popped corn, with a pause between batches.For a large quantity make the batches before hand. I am fairly certain that the failures mentioned in various comments would be due to not following the pause instructions.

Requested by my grandson for his birthday.Made me some popcorn (sweet) to try.Delicious.only drawback is its plastic structure which could easily be broken or cracked.Otherwise first class.

The media could not be loaded. It’s so cute and works perfectly. It is however rather loud and it does spit out a lot of unpopped corn but you can just recycle it back into the machine again.

heats up really fast

Brought for christmas for my son, first time we just got it out to use. Managed to make one bowl of Popcorn that was just about edible then the next one we done the machine almost caught fire. Now the machine don't work anymore. AVOID!!

The popcorn maker is exactly the way it is pictured. I have used 30+ time and it seems reliable. It makes a medium bowl of popcorn per time.However it claims to have a higher efficiency in the popping rate, which is partially true because a lot of kernels fly during the procces, which makes me tilt the machineso less kernels would escape, the kernels that stay in the rotor do pop.Compared to my previous popcorn maker, it is extremely loud, louder than a hoover and the efficiency in pop is about the same but makes the kitchen messier.

Really good popcorn maker, also looks amazing, like in the movie theater just smaller.My son loves it because of this.Thanks
